I am happy to exchange messages at any time to help provide any information you need. If required we can also meet you in person. I speak English, Italian and Japanese. Just let me know!
There is 1 free parking space available in front of the house - but please let me know if you plan to use it. That way I can ensure it is available for your stay.
The property is in a quiet local neighborhood - and Kyoto is typically a strictly conservative city - so please be quiet and respectful within the immediate vicinity.
No smoking please.
We have parking space for 1 car (medium sized). But if you plan to use it please let me know in advanced so I can ensure it is available.

Hi, I'm from England but now living in Japan. I've travelled and moved around a lot over the years. Now I've finally settled here in Kyoto, and it's great! I've met many amazing people on my travels, and am always happy to meet more - which is why I initially chose to host on airbnb! I started hosting in May 2016, it's been a great experience so far and I've meet some wonderful people throughout process.
Japan is an amazing place to either visit or live, you are guaranteed to have a wonderful stay here - and I'll do my best to ensure the accommodation I offer adds to the positive experience.
My hosting style is personable, but somewhat hands-off. I like to meet guests if I can, yet I also want to give them their space during their stay. I have a separate job that keeps me back-and-forth between Osaka and Kyoto, but also allows me to be slightly flexible with my time, so I will always try to be as responsive as possible to any inquiries you may have.
