A cool, contemporary property in a desirable location in Swansea. A modern living area with a mezzanine bedroom overlooking a spacious lounge. Recently renovated to a high standard, the property has secure gated offroad parking for two cars, a decked area and a paved area with table and chairs.

There are plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance and many beautiful beaches close by.

Lovely and clean, with a great shower. The house is very convenient for the university, where I was working, and definitely much better than staying in a hotel.

Adam's place is a great, newly refurbished space - open, light and fresh, yet still cosy in the evenings. Secure off street parking was a bonus! Cool bars and nice restaurants are literally on the street. Swansea Bay beachfront is a 15 minute walk, and getting to the Gower from Uplands is easy. Would definitely stay here again if going back.

Great little property with private parking. Clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay accept a microwave. It was in an ideal location for us as my son was competing in the Wales National Pool Swansea which is only a 8 minute drive away. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby but Adams house is not situated on the main road so it is very quiet. The Mumbles is not far from Uplands and we visited Mumbles Pier, Bracelet Bay beach, Oystermouth Castle, Swansea Market, Penllergare Valley Woods and Dan yr Ogof caves. We took over 300 photos and had a great time even though it rained for the duration of our 5 day trip! We loved it.

This place is fantastic!! Highly recommend to everyone. We had everything we needed here during our stay. I didn't stay in this flat but my mum and aunty really enjoyed staying in this amazing flat. Thanks Deborah and her husband, they welcomed us very friendly in the flat and introduced everything to us. Amazing host! Thank you very much.

Great space for a couple to spend a few nights in Swansea. Very close to some nice bars and cafes and shops. Adam's family were very helpful and welcoming on our arrival.
