As a host, I work hard to earn your 5 star rating. One of the ratings is location. The location of the SugarCube might be perfect for some, and not for others. Either way, location is not something I can improve upon. Therefore, I appreciate when guests carefully consider the location before choosing to book, and are willing to grant 5 stars.
Noise: These are townhouse units, with a lot of windows. Even 'quiet' conversations on the porch can seem very loud from inside the other townhouses, so please bring conversations inside after 9pm. No loud music.
Also, please be mindful there is a full time resident in the private basement apartment.
Security: Always LOCK THE DOORS by pressing the 'lock button' when you leave.
Towels: Please do not use the bath towels to remove make-up. I have provided disposable wipes for that purposes. Please throw away disposable wipes in the trash. Do NOT flush anything but toilet paper.
Showers: Please squeegee the shower walls. This must be done after each use, before the shower dries, to prevent hard water build-up.
Climate control: The heating and cooling system is shared by both basement and main units, with the thermostat located on the main floor. Please keep the thermostat set between 66 - 70 during winter.
Laundry: Feel free to utilize the laundry for your clothes. Please do NOT launder the sheets or towels. There are hampers in the closets to place used linens.
Extra guests: I ask that guests don't party or use the house as a gathering place for additional people. However, I can be flexible, so if this is your need, lets chat about it prior to booking.
Children: No infants/toddlers, or guests under 18.
Animals: NO animals allowed in the house.
Smoking: NO smoking in the house. Please close front door when smoking, and do not smoke outside near an open window.

I don't travel much (yet) so I live vicariously as a host, being a part of others' exciting travel plans and accommodations. In winter I love to ski, my favorite resorts being Alta and Powder Mountain. In summer I enjoy golfing and inline skating.
