** Apartment Information**
Our 2 Bedroom Apartments provide a light-filled space to call your own. Bright living areas benefit from large windows and open to a private balcony. Ask for a higher floor Premium View* apartment so you can enjoy spectacular views of the city, beautiful gardens or Port Phillip Bay.

The separate bedroom offers a full-sized built-in robe with plenty of storage room and queen bedding.

The comfortable combined lounge and dining area offers seating for 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen includes gas cook top, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

We are focused on your comfort, privacy and security during your stay with us. Each of our residential towers feature secure entries and lifts, intercoms, security patrols and a building concierge that is available 24 hours a day.

Secure on-site undercover car parking is available at almost all locations*, with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you need. Car parking charges do apply and weekly or monthly rates are available, simply ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so we recommend you reserve a spot when you make a booking with us.

While your apartment is totally self-contained with all linen and toweling, servicing is available at an additional cost and can be arranged at reception. Should you require additional items or extra servicing, we are more than happy to arrange that for you.**

Our Southbank properties are close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Crown Entertainment Complex, St Kilda Road business precincts, and just a short walk to fantastic restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Stay at our CBD locations and you'll be in the heart of Melbourne just minutes from major business precincts and retail hubs including the Bourke Street Mall and Queen Victoria Market.

Each of our apartment locations are a short walk, tram ride or taxi trip to Melbourne's famous sporting venues, including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Melbourne and Olympic Parks (including Rod Laver and Hisense Arenas), AAMI Park, Etihad Stadium, Albert Park and Flemington Racecourse. Also easily accessible is Melbourne's theatre district and our city's major tourist landmarks.

Transports

There are multiple tram stops only a 2 minute walk from our properties. The CBD is a 10 minute walk.

These apartments are great for those looking for complete privacy in a self-contain apartment with kitchen and washing facilities etc.. Woolworth is a few buildings next door which also made it very convenient.

We were there for five nights with my family and it was really good. The apartment was very well located, big and clean, with a great view of melbourne (we stayed on the 26th floor). We had just a little missunderstanding at first on who was receiving the key, but for that they gave us an upgrade so they were very helpfull. The apartment was walking distance from centre and other cool neighbourhoods like st kilda and fitz roy, and close to restaurants next to the yarra river there in southbank. If you don't want to walk there's a tram very close by too. And if you'd rather stay in and cook, there 's a supermarket right across the street. The only bad thing is that there is no WiFi on the apartment unless you pay extra. For all i'd stay there again.
