Great Location! Newly renovated, fully appointed suite. Fabulous custom kitchen! Near downtown Fredericksburg across from Old Mill Park, the Rappahannock River and the Heritage Biking Trail. Beautifully landscaped organic herb garden.
This recently renovated home was originally built in the early 1900's. The space is the entire upstairs with a private entrance, and front deck facing the garden. The unit is fully self-contained with a full kitchen, stove, fridge, clawfut tub/shower, 3 chair dining bar, pantry and full-size washer&dryer.
There is also a thriving organic herb garden and hammock, so garden enthusiasts are welcome!
It's ideally located on the Heritage Trail, a 3.1 mile paved loop that connects the two parts of the Canal Path making for a scenic bike ride, jog or walk. Great for people-watching while sitting on the front deck!
