End of the road privacy awaits you at 4500 feet elevation overlooking the town of Waynesville. If privacy and seclusion is a must, this home is for you, the property boarders the National Forest but is only 17 minutes to downtown.
With all the windows, you have a view to Tennessee or 100 year maple trees that outline the yard. There are three master bedrooms each with walk in showers; one bath has a 1914 claw foot tub. A pull out couch and a set of bunk beds give plenty of room for you and your family or guest.
Accès des voyageurs
The entire house and 200 acres bordering the National Park is yours to enjoy with your family and friends.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We will meet at the foot of the mountain to take you up the initial time and show you around the house.
The road up to the house is a gravel winding road crossing two streams. Recommed vehicles with all/front/four drive. Trucks and SUVs with two-wheel drive do fine as well. Just ain't the place to drive the sports car.
Please treat the place as you would your mother in laws. If you don't, I will send mine after you.
Pets incur an additional charge of $90.00 each to be paid to the owner.
