It is a flat which I'm using and which I designed with attention to all the details as an architect. For example, a central music system is available in all the rooms. It is always sunny and at the back side there is a nice green view. Very central and easy to reach the tram, bus and metro. The flat is in the heart of Istanbul with quick access to cafes, restaurant, cinemas, theaters, clubs and concert halls. Also very easy to reach the Historical Peninsula (Sultanahmet Region).
Staying in my apartment will make you feel cosy, at peace and happy.

If I'm in Istanbul and not working, I will help you as much as I can, if I cannot be with you, I will try to support you via e-mail or phone.
If the taxi driver doesn't know Kumbaraci Yokusu, then just give the map to him, or tell them Kumbaraci Street is coming after Asmalimescit Sokak (street). Just cross the Istiklal Street while coming from Odakule (it is one of the well-known buildings in Beyoglu area)
From Ataturk Airport:
A taxi to Kumbaraci Youkusu will cost you about 50TL.
You can take the shuttle bus from the airport to Taksim and from there either a taxi to the Galata Tower, or take the metro to Sishane station and ask about how to get to the KUMBARACI YOKUSU (and the metro has many exists, CHOOSE THE ISTIKLAL STREET WAY). The shuttle costs about 13TL per person, metro 4TL per person and a taxi from taksim will cost about 10TL (taxi driver tend to cheat tourists from Taksim to Galata - agree with the driver for the price up to 15TL before you get on the taxi)
With public transportation take the metro from the airport towards Aksaray, change trains at Zeytinburnu station and get on the Tram T1 towards Kabatats and get off at Tophane station. From there, walk up towards the flat, if you choose this option I prepared the map, it is about 250mt from Tophane station ( not recommended for people with lots of luggage ) each train ride costs about 4TL.
From Sabiha Gokcen airport:
A taxi will cost more than 100TL.
You can take the shuttle bus from the airport to Taksim square and from there either a taxi to the flat or take the metro to Sishane station and ask about how to get to the KUMBARACI YOKUSU since it is very near by (and the metro has many exists SO CHOOSE THE ISTIKLAL STREET WAY). The shuttle costs about 15TL per person, metro 3TL per person and a taxi from taksim will cost 10TL. taxi driver tend to cheat tourists from Taksim to Galata - agree with the driver for the price up to 15TL )
It is important that you call me on my mobile number to let me know you are on the way and have exited the airport. I will send my mobile number once the reservation is accepted. You can call or text/SMS ( if you iMessage/(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) me, make sure your roaming is on so you can also get my reply). Once you get on the taxi you can give me a missed call (I won't answer so it won't charge you) and I will be waiting for you downstairs, in front of the apartment building.
If you do not have a roaming mobile phone while traveling you can either use pay phones that are in the area or email me from cafes which offers free wifi.
To make process easier, please let me know of your flight itinerary as well.
