Your Big Island Home Away From Home: Is a well appointed, comfortable space with a king size bedroom and walk-in closet, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and one bathroom. Located on the 3rd (top) floor with a lanai that faces west to maximize views of the pool and the ocean. Your kitchen contains all of the cookware and tableware you need to prepare and serve meals. Dining space for four is located both inside the condo and on the lanai. Watch a movie or catch up on the news on your 55” flat screen TV, listen to a music channel, or stream music from your own device. For your comfort, ceiling fans are available throughout the condo and on the lanai. You will find your condo well stocked with bed and bath linens as well as pool and beach towels. Enjoy the convenience of having an assigned parking space near your front door.


The Big Island: Books have been written about the Big Island of Hawaii, but one must experience it to truly appreciate its beauty and diversity -- from beaches to deserts, rain forests, waterfalls, an active volcano, sweeping vistas of the Pacific Ocean, and -- let’s not forget -- a snowcapped mountain. Golfing, walking, jogging, hiking, cycling, swimming, surfing, SCUBA, snorkeling, and sailing may be enjoyed year round on the island.

Ali’i Villas: Is a condo complex that is a true oceanfront property, conveniently located within walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants, yet it is quiet and peaceful. You will enjoy a swimming pool that is heated year round, has a rinse off shower, restrooms, and a donated book and magazine library in a sheltered space at the pool area. Beyond the pool is a communal BBQ pavilion with two large grills, a cleanup sink and tables and chairs. A west-facing seawall at the end of the property is a popular gathering place to meet your neighbors, sit on a bench and gaze over the ocean, experience spectacular sunsets and watch all manner of watercraft and sea life. This property also has mature tropical gardens that are beautifully manicured.

Alii Villas is about 1.5 miles south of Kailua Kona. Kailua Kona has shopping centers, farmers market , and restaurants.

There is an open air shuttle that travels from Keauhou to Kailua Kona Shopping areas that travels up and down Alii Drive. Check for pricing and schedules. Most people rent a car while visiting the Big Island so they can explore the entire island. For those not wanting to drive, there are taxis available.

Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations rental policies at time of booking. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 170 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
