This accommodation is privately owned who's owner lists several vacation rentals which are both owned and property managed. New housekeeping staff as of September 2016. Each rental should be in emaculant condition for every reservation. Please notify host at check-in if any discrepancies noted. You will always have fresh clean bedding, towels as all homes are professionally serviced before and after every guest checkout.

Pricing- Cotton Bowl, Super Bowl, Cowboys home games, holiday and special events please expect higher than normal pricing but always about half the price of any local chain hotel. For example, Days Inn average price $75 nightly, special events avg $269-$469 but this accommodation averages $188-$249 nightly during special events. Feel free to ask owner about special pricing.

Over 1200sqft of eye grabbing views captured within this home. Why stay in a cookie cutter home on vacation you can have that everyday at home. When on vacation or business you want something different. Here in this very smart and modern home you will always have a reason to say, "What a great idea or that's cool.". Each room has been renovated and features laminate flooring, plush bedding, a work station, seating, lamps, reading material, designer rugs, new towels, a guest tray with basic spa and hygiene items, a flat screen tv, DVD player, premium able package, Wi-Fi and a theme: The Royal suite (the master), the Emerald suite (guest room) and Small and Comfy Cloud -9 (the smaller of the 3 rooms).

Of course, all the basics are included: Wi-Fi, landline, cable with premium channels like HBO, CINENAX, STARZ, BLOCKBUSTER, DVD players, a DVD library, fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils, plate and glasswares. Also, all linens, towels and spa items come basic with all of my rentals along with free off-street covered parking.

No adult swimming pool, sauna or gym but I'm sure the lavender Epsom salt baths, firm pillows, plush beddings, convenience kitchens and being centrally located to everything in Arlington will make up for it.

This 3 bedroom home may be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation. It features 2 queen beds,and one full bed akin with 2 full restrooms. You may rent this entire home or rent individual rooms called guests suites. Prices for the entire home or a guest suite vary depending on the season, holiday or special event. Please contact owner to inquire about special offers as prices fluctuate throughout the year.

Prices will include the daily room rental, housekeeping,and online booking fees. Feel free to book your minimum requirement now and add additional days later if you wish.

Calendars may not always reflect actual availability so please inquire; the room or home may actually be available or booked through another website. Also, keep in mind when booking a private suite only that since individual rooms are listed and booked I may not know in advance of your stay who will be renting other room in the house. All rooms have key lock entry so only the guest has a key to his/her suite and either myself or my assistant in case of emergency. You may lock your door at anytime and when others are staying over, for example, during a big game, I encourage everyone to lock their doors just to make me happy. I've never had an incident of theft reported from a guest and I've been a host since 2007. I screen my guest and run quick background checks on everyone for major offenses.

All guests are required to complete a Rental Application prior to checkin, submit valid state ID, sign the key log and read and sign their rental agreement. Even if a guests does not sign the rental agreement by confirming this reservation and accepting keys to this property you are bound to uphold all rules and clauses within the aforementioned agreement. You are subject to the laws of the state of Texas and all clauses within the lease once you've checked into the property.

Report any and all damages immediately via text message to the owner. Damages,will be charged against the guests' security deposit and non reported damages may be billed at double/triple the retail value plus trio fees.

Any theft by a guest will be charged at double/triple the retail value plus trip fees to reobtain the item.

Any guest found to have brought a pet or additional overnight guests on the property will be charged an additional $500 fee for breaking the lease.

...all are a direct violation of the lease agreement and guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, guest deposit will be charged accordingly and authorities and Airbnb will be called if guests do not vacate promptly.

Again, this really is a very nice, clean and light hearted home but it's also a business and the livelihood of my family. Therefore your satisfaction as well as every guest's safety is my #1 priority. If I wouldn't personally fell safe with a particular guest I will not lease to them nor have them under the same too with other guests.

This, and all of my listings are Christian owned and operated. Guests satisfaction is my goal.

All 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, living, dining, kitchen, front porch, backyard area and carport when the entire house is booked.

If booking only 2 bedrooms then the 3rd bedroom is,also off-limits. Ask for special pricing.

Off limits: The attic, specific closets, drawers, personal effects, toy chest, food pantry/undesignated cabinets, outdoor storage closet and shed. As this is my primary home, there are personal spaces that are completely off limits to guests. I ask all confirmed guests and visitors of confirmed guests to respect these spaces and remember the house rules and lease agreement previously mentioned. I want everyone to enjoy my home, respectfully.

Owner's primary residence, Christian management 100% no tolerance for those breaking the House Rules. Quiet one block street. You can easily walk to WalMart, McDs, the park, farmers market and more. Checkin from 3pm-10pm, checkout at 11am. If any changes you must coordinate with owner in advance. Guest may checkin up to 10pm with advance notice at booking. If you know you know that you will arrive later please confirm with me 1st so that I can schedule staff to meet you at the property to escort you in and walk thru. This is an additional trip charge fee of $75-$150 depending on the day and hour of arrival. Please include this additional fee to your booking, pay using a bank to bank transfer prior to checkin or contact host to make an amendment to your booking to add the additional fee to your original booking. We do not accept nor carry cash at the property so we cannot make change or write receipts. Thank you.

I have a Guest Bible in all of my rentals with suggestions for restaurants, transportation, housekeeping, house rules, proper use I appliances and more.

The AT&T and Rangers stadiums, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, UTA, Make Arlington, the Parks Mall, the Highlands and more are less than 10 minutes away.

The home was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The host had everything we needed. The host was also very welcoming and detailed during our stay. It was a gorgeous home. We really enjoyed our stay.

I'm Sky and I'll be your host for this accommodation. I'm a seasoned world traveler, former Marine of 10-years, former Department of Defense civilian of 9-years. I've also worked in an engineering firm and taught as a school teacher for disabled, autistic, ADHD, special needs and benchmark kids before becoming your host.

I've traveled to over 20 countries, lived long term in 3 of them including Europe, Japan and the USA. I picked up German as a second language while living there 7 years/zeiben jahres! There was a time in my life, if I had to choose an alcoholic beverage it would've been red/white wine or maybe just create it as its own food group.:-) Amazing how life, age and a child can change your life. I can be extremely OCD when it comes to cleanliness. It doesn't help that I'm prior military and a Virgo. It's my super power and my curse. I hope my professional housekeeping staff have replicated my standards as closely as possible in your accommodation.

Passions: socializing with friends, traveling abroad, gardening, home improvement, decorating, hanging out with my little one and learning. I like watching DVDs before bed if i don't pass out from exhaustion first like: TRUE Blood, Twighlight, Saw Dogs, Niptuck, Dexter or old reruns like Fraiser, Sinfield, Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, Two and a Half Men... However, my newest obsessions are Scandal and Empire.

If you catch me at home I'm probably cooking, working on my latest DIY project, digging in the yard or hanging out with my adorable 5-year old. However, the reality that you will most often see is my absence as I'm on the road allot. This is my little crash pad. I've designed it and made it comfy for people just like myself. You work hard and home is a place to relax and get away from the anxieties of the world. You want a clean, safe place to lay your head without the drama and without paying out the nose. I want mature, responsible, clean adults (25 or greater years old) to lease my accommodations and enjoy the spaces I've created. All private suites and entire homes come standard with extreme Wi-Fi, premium cable, fully furnished suites, kitchens, baths, new bedding, extra linens, TVs, DVDs, DVD-R, personalized spa and hygiene items on a supped up guest tray.

Christian home. No smoking, no tobacco use, no illegal substances, no pets and no weapons permitted inside or on the property what so ever. Any violators will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

A copy of valid ID required to gain access to property; no exceptions. All guests sign a short-term vacation rental lease agreement.
