This cozy and comfortable, second floor, single bed bedroom overlooking the street has a table, chairs, full closet and an empty bureau. It is ideal for one person, and although we could put a cot in to accommodate a child it would be limited in space. A shared bath with one other bedroom has tub and shower etc.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
Often we work at home, so on some days we’ll be available all day and some days or evenings we’ll be on the run, depending on schedules. We really enjoy company and meeting new people and are happy to get guests situated, give directions and suggestions of all the wonderful things to see and do in our area and nearby Boston. Boston is easily accessible by train which leaves and returns to Andover on a regular basis.
This is an old farmhouse and the 12 stairs to the second floor are fairly steep and could be challenging for people with any mobility issues.
There is no smoking in the house, but you may do so outdoors, away from the house. Cigarette butts should be crushed and put in the trash when completely cold.
This is an old farmhouse so please do not light candles or burn incense in your room.
We do not allow drugs, parties and unannounced visitors. Please be sure to let us know if you are expecting a visitor.
You are welcome to make yourself at home in the common living areas and to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Wash pots and pans and and put away. Rinse dirty dishes and leave in the sink. We'll load them into the dishwasher.
Drinks are fine, but we ask that no food be kept in the bedroom. We can provide shelf space in the refridgerator and shelf space in the kitchen cabinet.
We have no “lights out" policy but do ask all radios and computers be turned down after 10:30 PM to allow other guests to sleep peacefully.
Due to allergies, we cannot accept pets.
