Parking in front of the property is available both during the day and night.

It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and promenade and to public transport. Close to all amenities including a grocery, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bakery, fish shop, pharmacy, casino, nightlife, diving centers and car rental companies. Family friendly activities include the National Aquarium, outdoor playground, cinema and Water Park (open only in the summer).

Smoking is allowed only in the balconies. Whilst the apartment is pretty safe for children, smaller children should not be left in the balconies unsupervised. The block is a residential block so rowdy guests might be reported by the neighbours.
It would be appreciated if guests were to switch off all lighting, air-conditioning and the water geysers prior to exiting the apartment to reduce green house gas emissions.
