Le logement

Lovely house close to the Leeds city centre.

Our home was built in 1900. We have tried to retain some of the original features from each room and complement them with artefacts from around the globe.

The house is clean and tidy. The kitchen is the heart of the home where you can usually find my partner and I or a friend chatting away.

Breakfast is served in the morning. If you have to leave earlier than I wake, I will leave breakfast out for you or show you where things are kept so that you can help yourself. It's normally a choice of cereal, toast and preservatives, fruit or egg with toast.
Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements or restrictions because of religious believes and I will try to cater for you.

| A bit about me |

Apart from spending a few years overseas, I have lived in Leeds all of my life. My partner and I are members of the National Trust and we're happy to share the hidden treasures that Leeds and the surrounding areas have to offer.

We are very close to the city centre. 10 minutes on the bus or 30 minutes by foot.
There is parking available outside the property if required.

We are non-smokers and would prefer it if you would smoke in the garden.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Warm Regards,

Aaron

Aaron is the most accommodating, laid back and welcoming host with a come as you please attitude! I only made my booking 2 hours before arrival...and Aaron pulled out the stops to make sure everything was in tip top shape and prepared for my arrival. Use of fully equipped living room, kitchen and shared bathroom. All of which are nicely finished and very clean. Bedroom is spacious, warm had has the most comfortable bed! Located about 2 miles out of town, it's a beautiful 40 minute walk along the canals into the city. Or a short drive. there are some good value weekend parking places in the city for £3 for 24 hours... so don't swallow the huge costs of te NCP's

I had a great month long stay at Aaron and Stephen's place. The house is very comfortable and cosy. The house has everything that you may need for making your stay pleasant, including a fully functional kitchen. The place is near to supermarkets and restaurants. City centre is a short (15-20 mins) bus ride away and bus service is very regular. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning how wonderful the hosts are. Aaron personally showed me around the neighborhood when I arrived. If I ever needed anything, I just had to mention it to the hosts. Finally, Jerry, the dog, is so friendly and playful. I would strongly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Aaron's cosy and beautifully decorated home. All was provided for and what we hoped would be a convenient place to stay, became a real pleasure. Our bed was comfortable and our room was charming. It was our first experience with Airbnb and based on Aaron's place, we would now gladly recommend it to anyone :) Thank you for your hospitality, Aaron and Stephen!

Hello People,

I'm an all-rounder and tend to get on well with most people.
I have spent a great deal of time traveling around Asia, but more recently around Europe. I love to travel and always have my passport at the ready incase there is an opportunity to take a last minute impromptu trip overseas.

I live with my partner, Stephen and our Jackabee dog, Jerry. We are quite sociable and welcome open minded and respectful people in to our home.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we'll hopefully see you soon!
