This property is located on a second floor of a 5 apartment building. Provides free wifi. Apartment is equipped with linen, towels, pots and pans. Also includes a one free parking space and 2 beach passes upon request
While staying at Castles by the Shore, we want you to enjoy a pleasant and safe stay. The following are the rules and regulations that will ensure a happy environment and we encourage our guests to abide by them.
1.There will be no drinking of alcoholic beverages on the decks of premises.
2.Minors are strictly forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages anywhere on the property. N.J.S.A 2C: 33:15
3.Apartment occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Additional guests that are not under the agreement, their stay will be deducted from damage deposit.
4.Wristbands must be worn at all times. No wristbands- NO ADMITTANCE
5.NO LOUD OR ABUSIVE LANGUAGE WILL BE TOLERATED AS WELL AS FIGHTING
6.At the discretion of the management, deduction to the deposit will result if:
i.any room found damage to the property or furnishings;
ii.dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii.any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
7.All trash, cans and bottles must be recycled. Failure to do so will be a charge of $100 of damage deposit.

ID IS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATION. ONLY ADULTS (18 YEARS OR OLDER)
MAY RESERVE AN APARTMENT.
GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED TO SEE APARTMENTS BEFORE CHECKING-IN.
ONCE CHECKED-IN NO MONEY CAN BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED (EXCEPT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT PROVIDED THERE IS NO DAMAGE OR LOSS)
ONCE YOU ARRIVE, OUR PROPERTY MANAGER WILL GO AROUND WITH
YOU IN THE APARTMENT AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OK AND IF YOU SEE ANYTHING BROKEN OR DAMAGED TO REPORT IT WITH THEM RIGHT THERE.
ONCE YOU CHECK OUT THE AGENT WILL GO AROUND ONCE AGAIN WITH YOU IN THE APARTMENT TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO DAMAGE AND NOTHING BROKEN BEFORE RELEASING SECURITY DEPOSIT.
UPON REGISTRATION ALL OCCUPANTS MUST RECORD THEIR NAMES &
PHONE NUMBERS. UNRECORDED GUEST (S) RISK ACCOUNTABILITY IN AN EVENT OF EMERGENCY.
MANAGEMENT IS ALLOWED TO REMOVE TENANTS FROM PREMISES
WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR EXPLANATION
IF TENANTS ARE BEING A DISTURBANCE AND/OR ENGAGING IN
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE
PREMISES AND SECURITY DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
LOUD AND ABUSIVE NOISES COMING FROM GUESTS ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT WITHIN AND UPON THE PREMISES; BOISTEROUS
ACTIVITIES; UNRULY AND PROFANE LANGUAGE; PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS;
OVERCROWDING UPON OR NEAR THE PREMISES; USE OF FIREWORKS;
PUBLIC URINATION; MAKING OF ANY NOISE OF SUCH CHARACTER,
INTENSITY OR DURATION AS TO BE DETRIMENTAL TO THE LIFE, HEALTH
OR WELFARE OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR WHICH EITHER STEADILY OR
INTERMITTENTLY ANNOYS, DISTURBS, INJURES OR ENDANGERS THE
COMFORT, REPOSE, PEACE OR SAFETY OF ANY INDIVIDUAL
NO PETS, SPORTS, HORSEPLAY ALLOWED OR SUBLETTING OF
APARTMENTS IS PERMITTED.
EXTRA GARBAGE BAGS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
ALL OCCUPANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR BELONGINGS.
WHILE REGISTERING, YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR PERMANENT ADDRESS.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER THE RENTED PREMISES
AT REASONABLE HOURS FOR MAINTENANCE.
NON-COMPLIANCE OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE
EVICTION WITH NO EXCUSES OR LEWAY GIVEN AND FORFEITURE OF ALL MONEY PAID
PARKING LOT RULES
2 FREE PARKING SPACES WILL BE PROVIDED PER APARTMENT. EXTRA PARKING SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE OF 25$ PER DAY PER CAR ON WEEKENDS AND $15 PER DAY PER CAR ON WEEKDAYS.
PARKING PERMIT MUST BE DISPLAYED CLEARLY ON DASHBOARD
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND DAMAGES OR ROBBERY TOWARDS
PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
THE RENTER will be responsible for any damage caused in excess of the damage deposit and will be invoiced separately.
The maximum number of guests using the rental premises shall not exceed the total number stated in the rental agreement.
THE RENTER shall, at his expense, and throughout the period of the rental, keep the property in a state of cleanliness and in good condition and repair.
THE RENTER shall leave the property in good repair,
dishes washed, beds stripped, all garbage separated appropriately
in sealed garbage bags and placed tidily near the fence away from the property to keep flies out.
Any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported to THE OWNER or his
representative immediately. The renter acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at the renter's risk.
