Arranged on two levels, this is a spacious and stylish duplex flat with 2 bedrooms plus a study as well as a dedicated private parking space. The building is a converted former school offering a modern flat with classic elements such as original hardwood floors and large windows. The location is great as it’s just a short walk to West Hampstead tube station (Jubilee line, zone 2) and the beautiful Kilburn Grange park is just at the end of the street.

This is a spacious & stylish 2 bedroom duplex flat conveniently located in West Hampstead. Located in a converted former school, there is great light throughout including a living room with double height windows.

The flat comfortably sleeps four with a king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom (please note these are children’s singles - 192cm x 77xm). There is also a study room with desk. There is a dedicated private parking space included located just outside the front door.

The open plan lounge offers great space to entertain with a large dining table and a stylish modern kitchen. The media system is fantastic with a large projector screen, blackout windows and surround sound, you could enjoy an night in watching the hundreds of dvds the owner has provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked providing dishes, utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher and washing machine. Towels and bed linens are also provided.

You are welcome to use the entire flat.

West Hampstead is a fantastic neighborhood with a dynamic vibe. The heart of West Hampstead, West End Lane has lots of fantastic bars, restaurants (cuisine from India, Indochina, Vietnam, Italian, etc.) and local shops. In the other direction is Kilburn High Road which also offers plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities.

The beautiful Kilburn Grange park is just at the end of the street. With 8 acres, it is a wonderful neighborhood park that includes playground, basketball and tennis courts along with outdoor gym equipment.

The flat is an 8 minute walk to West End Lane with West Hampstead tube and overground station (Jubilee line, zone 2). Once on the tube, you can be in Baker Street in 10 minutes and Bond Street and Green Park (Buckingham Palace station) within 15 minutes. In the other direction is Kilbun High Road with Brondesbury overground and Kilburn tube station. Both locations have plenty of buses as well as minicab companies. The flat also includes its own dedicated private parking space if you are driving.

Great apartment. Highly recommended. The apartment is very unique in design and is in a posh quiet neighborhood. Stone's throw away from a park and 5-7 minutes walk to multiple underground and overground stations. The kitchen was well stocked and my wife enjoyed cooking. The second bedroom was a kid's bedroom which my 3 year daughter loved. There were several toys and children's books that she loved playing with. We were surprised by the large projector and great sound system. Overall a great stay.

Ugo was a delightful host, always available. The accommodations were excellent with everything we needed, even toys for the kids. We loved the extra space and the apartment gardens and neighborhood. We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful week of holidays in London. We staid one week in this very nice flat. We were five, a French family: a couple, two teenagers and a baby. The flat is big, well matched and decorated. It is a secure and calm area with shops not far and a nice little park ideal for children. We had access to the city center easily by the underground and we let our car on the secure, free, private carpark of the building. The flat is well furnished and very nice : an old school but a nice designed flat. It was a great experience for all the family. Thanks for all.

This flat in Weat Hampstead was excellent value for money. 10 minutes walk from the tube station, a height street with almost everything you need and a bus stop. The flat was clean and decor was fabulous, the study was a great bonus. The note left for guests was detailed and self explanatory. Security and access to the building was robust too. Excellent experience altogether.

We stayed a week with a family of four during Easter. The flat is perfectly located between Kilrburn and West Hampstead offering easy access to local amenities and public transport. The accommodation itself is very large and airy as you would expect from a loft in an converted school. The whole entertainment system was a bonus especially with 2 young children on a rainy day...

Let me start by thanking Ugo for going out of her way for some deliveries we received just before arriving which made our stay with our young child more comfortable. In addition to her great welcome, we simply loved staying in this flat. The size was perfect with two rooms, a spacious living room with a cathedral ceiling, and very handy mezzanine space as an office. The location was also excellent since it sits less than 10 minutes from two tube and rail stations. If you have a young family you will love the park nearby and the excellent children's centre. Good food shopping was also less than 10 minutes away. Overall: perfect. We will gladly return on our next stay in London!
