Our venue, is ideal to host offsite meetings. We have also hosted a number of cocktail parties, pop ups, workshops, photo shoots or dinner parties. With chic decor, gorgeous lighting, central location, and an adaptable setting, its an ideal venue for your next gathering. This $300 rate reserves the space for 3 hours, as our venue rental is $100/hour.
"The Clementina" is an excellent space for off-site meetings, photo shoots, workshops, seminars, galleries, pop-up shops, cocktail parties. With 1600 square feet of beautiful bright, open space, it's easily adaptable to many event types. Our entry room is 20 x 20 and painted black for a dramatic, intriguing entrance. There is a fold up ping pong table in our entry room thats easily movable for more space. Two french doors swing open to welcome you into our large white space with a custom bar in the back corner. The space is arranged with ample cozy seating, a large conference/dinning table with 12 seats (additional folding chairs available). There are skylights throughout the space providing ample natural light and dimming hanging globe lights for gorgeous lighting in the evening.
We have a projector, and a whiteboard wall, as well as a speaker system that can easily plug into your phone or laptop. in the back breakout area there is a plasma screen with HDMI abilities and we own all the cords to connect to a laptop.
We are street level, with a large garage door for easy loading and/or welcoming wide entrance, plus a separate entry door. **This is a offsite meeting space, not a place to sleep.**

Guests are welcome to schedule their offsite/event anytime between 8am to 11pm. Please include ample time to prepare and clean up in your requested time frame.
This is not a place to sleep or store things overnight so please make arrangements to have all belongings out of the space no later than 11pm.

We will greet you there the day of the event to walk you through the details of our space. Or I will send you the code for entry.
Basically, be the respectful, relaxed and trustworthy person you would want us to be if we booked with you ;)
-This is an event space, so no spending the night in the space. Events are welcome between 8am and 11pm only.
-We have a strict 49 person capacity set by fire code.
-No one is to loiter or talk loudly outside our space. Past 8pm, please have guests request ubers and say their goodbyes inside to prevent loitering outside. If folks need to smoke, there is a park two doors down to the right.
-Doors are to remained closed at all times.
-No loud music past 10pm.
-Do not park or load in other people's driveways. They are all active driveways and are used often.
-Do not move furniture without prior approval.
-No drugs, smoking or illicit activities of any kind.
-Leave the venue in the same condition you found it. That means all surfaces must be clean, trash and recycling collected into respective bins, and decorations removed before concluding your event.
-No glitter or confetti
-All events must wrap by 11pm, no exceptions.
-Do not leave any items or rentals within the space overnight.

My wife and I are Northern Californians. I am from Lake Tahoe and am a music producer and chef and Ky is a sixth generation Bay Area resident. We work together to design homes. Our favorite project has been renovating our houseboat called "Whim" docked in Sausalito. Our venue, The Clementina, is our most recent project, designed as a meeting space in SOMA. Cheers!
