Perhaps the best part about this immaculate home is its phenomenal location. It’s located just 1 block off of the lake (3.5 blocks to beach access), so you’ll be walking distance to Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach, boat launching sites, 24 hr grocery stores, local restaurants, and hiking trails. Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the home is just minutes from ski resorts like Squaw Valley (25), Northstar (10), and Alpine Meadows (25). You’ll also be within 5 miles of the popular Garwoods restaurant, Tahoe City, Casinos, and beautiful Incline Village. Golf courses like Old Brockway, Resort at Squaw, and Incline Village are nearby as well. No matter what you choose to do, you’re sure to have a phenomenal stay at this gorgeous Lake Tahoe Home!
Although the location makes this house ideal for getting to the beach, ski resorts, restaurants, trails, etc, it needs to be mentioned that traffic from Lake Blvd is audible (it's the first house in the cul de sac).
Have a good time and be respectful! If you break something, please let the manager know so replacements can be ordered promptly for the next guests.
Do not park in the yard. There is plenty of street, driveway and garage parking. HOA charges a $200 fine which will be assessed to the guest.
There is a $50 fee for trash disposal that doesn't fit in the bear bin. There are 5 trash cans in the bear bin, if you have more trash than that please dispose of the trash yourself to avoid the fee or let the manager know and they will take care of it. Recyclables go in the blue bags but still need to be placed in the bins.
It is very helpful to take the linens off and put them in a pile for the cleaners. If you are feeling really generous, starting a load of laundry makes their day.
No smoking inside the house.
If you ever feel like the house is missing something, or have suggestions, please speak up. This applies both during your stay and after. The owner wants to accommodate for your stay as much as possible.
