I provide 2 keys to the apartment. Both keys are able to open the secure basement car park gate, the front door to the unit block, the gate, the lift to the basement car park and of course the apartment itself.
**CHECK OUT IS 10AM SHARP - PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS**
•Leave all keys inside unit (on the dining table). If you have parked in the car park you will have to drive out onto the street, come back in to leave the keys and exit out the gate.
•Remove all rubbish and recyclables to the bin located Level B1 (underground carpark) next to the carpark entrance.
•Ensure all dishes and kitchen utensils are clean, returned and ready for the next guest.
•Please DO NOT remove any consumables (e.g. Soap, shampoo, dish liquid etc.)
FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any when noted.
PARKING – there is one secure underground car space per unit; enter and exit using your security/room key – driveway is next to our sign, park in any space available other than grey painted slots.
NO SMOKING – this rule applies to inside the apartment and all building common areas. Please smoke ONLY on the balcony. (Please do not throw/drop butts or other items from the balcony as this is a SERIOUS breach of the building’s By-Laws and subject to eviction.)
NOISE – the building has a strict NO NOISE policy, particularly between 10pm and 7.30am. For this reason please DO NOT USE balconies after 10pm.
RUBBISH – there is a RUBBISH/RECYCLING cupboard located next to the Emergency EXIT doors on your floor. Please place your bagged/wrapped rubbish down the garbage chute and place any emptied recyclable items in the basket.
KEYS – please take your room/security key with you at all times. After office-hours lockouts will incur a $55 fee. Lost keys will be charged at $100.
BBQ & POOL AREAS – opening hours are from 7:30am to 9:00pm daily. Glass is not to be taken near the pool or spa’s. Please clean BBQ’s after use.
SURFBOARDS & BIKES – are not to be taken in the lift or stored in the unit. There are lockers available in the car park.
DEPARTURE DAY – please leave your apartment tidy by washing dishes and taking out any rubbish.
