Spacious luxury 3 bedroom and 4 bathroom house in the centre of London near Kings Cross. Please note that entrance is on the ground floor, where kitchen/living room area is. It is a three-story house with bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, reached via stairs. There is no elevator in the house.
The house is in Zone 1. Please note it is a 10-15 minute walk from King's Cross, one of London's main transportation hubs.
The house has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences including: high speed wifi & wired broadband,
The large master bedroom (king bed) has 1 empty closet and an en-suite bathroom.
The two double bedrooms are also very bright and a good size, both have their own bathrooms.
The sitting room has two couches however we do not provide bedding etc for them if you want to have more than 6 people stay.
The property is professionally cleaned before/after each stay and arrangements can be made for cleaner to visit property during your stay (for a fee).
We will provide clean bedding and towels for 6 guests.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES! If you do decide to throw a party, we are eligible for your entire security deposit and anything else you break. NO SMOKING. Only two people per room, unless one is an infant. Please treat home and neighbours with care and respect.
If confirmed reservations could please let me know their arrival times at least a day before arrival that would be great, as we may have to leave keys somewhere for you!
