Spacious Townhouse with all the amenities of the resort included. Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage. This unit has 2 master suites, one with Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each master suite compliments the spacious deck.

Peterson's Waterfront has all the amenities you could need. Pool & hot tub on site as well as tennis courts and basketball court. And just a short walk to downtown Chelan's restaurants, bars & shopping.

Description

Le logement

This large condo with indoor parking has plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out and relax. The proximity to downtown Chelan is perfect for access to all the shops and restaurants.

You'll have access the whole condo of course. As well as all the amenities PWF Resort has to offer.
Pool, Hot Tub, Sand Volleyball Court, Tennis Court & Basketball Court.
There are also docks & buoys available, first come first serve.

Unit & Property Rules
1. Common areas such as sidewalks, boat docks and all other means of emergency exits must not be blocked.
2. Signs are prohibited from being displayed outside of the units unless approved in writing by the Board.
3. Awnings, A/C Units or other projections are not to be attached to outside walls of the building or to the exterior of any door, deck or patio.
4. All bikes and personal items must remain at the unit if not in use and not left in the common areas.
5. All garbage must be picked up around the unit and at no time should garbage be left outside of the unit.
6. Soliciting of goods, services or religious activities is prohibited on the property with the exception of solicitation of newspapers.
7. Cigarettes are not to be thrown in the parking areas, corridors, stairways, sidewalks, grounds or other common areas. Cigarettes or other items are not to be thrown out windows or over the balcony of the units.
8. Flammable liquids are prohibited on the property and must not be stored in or near the units. All plastic gas cans are to remain in the vehicle at all times.
9. Pets are not allowed on property at any time with the exception to service or emotional support animals. Tenants in violation are subject to an immediate eviction by the Management of the Resort.
10. The use of the property and amenities are only for the days registered at the Resort.
11. Fires are not permitted on the beach or other areas of the property at any time.
12. Do not feed the ducks or the geese. The City of Chelan has a city ordinance and individuals in violation are subject to a $1,000 fine by the city.
13. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced in the units.
14. Violations of local, state and/or federal laws while at the Resort are also a violation of the resorts rules and regulations.
15. No rollerblading or skateboarding allowed on the sidewalks.
16. Diving from the retaining walls along the lake is not permitted.
17. All sleeping arrangements are to be inside the unit or restricted to their back patio.
18. Lights to the tennis courts are to be turned off at 11pm.
19. There are to be no skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or bikes on the tennis courts.
20. Quiet hours are from 11pm-8am and are strictly enforced for the comfort of guests.

The place was awesome! We would definitely stay here again. Great location, plenty of space.
