I have a 2000 square foot yard that I'd like to rent out to an RV dweller or Tiny House dweller. I can offer hookups to electricity and water. You'll hae to provide for your own sewer. It's a lovely private space, long or short term renters welcome.

You will have access to the back yard. Its partially fenced. It's pet-friendly. Very quiet. My house is in front, there's a neighbor on each side -- at a good distance -- and no one behind you. There is a lot of wood onsite if you want to have an outdoor fire. Very spacious and quiet, safe for kids.

I'm happy to provide whatever info you might want and need about sites in ABQ, if you need an emergency car repair, you will also have access to AAA if necessary, as well as directions to places, etc. The property is less than a half mile from the expressway.
If for any reason you need airport pick up or drop off, that is not a problem, since I live only about a mile away. There is also a jogging path right at the end of the block that goes directly to Kirkland Park. No one knows about these things, and no one seems to use them much -- I have no idea why. There's a sundial in the park and room to jog. I also have a bike which you are welcome to borrow.
I am a writer, artist, and yoga instructor. I enjoy reading, working out, talking and listening, documentaries, cooking, biking, and enjoying the company of friends and loved ones. I have done a great deal of traveling to India, Haiti, South Africa, Senegal, Brazil, Montreal, France, Italy, Amsterdam, and England, as well as to about 25 states in the US. I also speak French. I have found that when I travel what I enjoy most isn't seeing sights that area is known for, but having conversations with people who I would otherwise never meet, and learning about their interests, pastimes, passions, etc. I joined Airbnb because I wanted to continue those conversations and experiences here in my adopted home of five years, Albuquerque. My life motto is: Freedom is what you do with what's been done to you. I had a guest stay inside my home, but for whatever reason, having a virtual stranger in close proximity made me a little bit nervous, so I decided to change my offer from coming inside and staying in the home, to RV travelers, Tiny House dwellers, and anyone and everyone who would like to use my 1000 square foot plus back yard for camping, storage, staying in your RV or whatever. I can provide electricity and water hookups, but there is no sewer. Open to one-nighters, long term renters, etc. Pets welcome at no extra cost.
