Jazz Festival, Parks, Beaches, hiking/biking trails make this part of the city very special and desirable.
The apartment is full of sunshine. It comes with full kitchen and all cooking necessities. You will enjoy having your breakfast outdoors, on the balcony.
Flat screen Cable TV is placed on the wall and visible from everywhere in the space. The queen size bed has the base of pull out couch with the soft comfortable mattress on top.
Car can be parked in the detached garage. There is a cosy backyard, as well as the front room which you are welcome to use.
Fresh towels, toilet paper, soap are provided. Free WiFi. Landry is $20 per stay. Garage parking for a small/medium size car is $20 a day. Cleaning fee is $60 per stay.

The access to the apartment is at the back of the house, through the backyard. The Studio is located on the main floor of 4 stories executive townhouse. The entrance to the studio is through the shared living room space. The private bathroom of the apartment is one flight of stairs down from the main floor as well as the laundry. The laundry is a shared facility between 2 more tenants.

MAIN RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. No excessive noise is allowed at any time. Visiting is allowed, however, party is strictly prohibited. There are renters living on every level of the house and no one should be disturbed.
4. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses
7. Pets are NOT allowed.
8. Parking:

PARKING – Parking is limited to 1 small/medium size vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking in the alley is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Washroom and plumbing. The towels, toilet paper, hand soap are provided. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of the repair.
11. SYSTEM FAILURE: In case of failure of a system or amenity during your stay, including but not limited to, water, sewer, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, ventilating, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment, homeowner shall promptly repair them. Renter agree to permit access to the House to make repairs. Homeowner shall not be liable to renter in damages, and NO REBATE OR REFUND will be given for such temporary failure, provided Homeowner is repairing the system or amenity in a reasonable manner after having received notice from you that repairs are needed. AMENITIES OFFERED: Everything will be done to make sure what was offered in any advertising will be in the property as described. There may be times when the exact amenities are not in the property. Every attempt is made to keep the inventory as advertised. A difference in amenities does not entitle renter to any refund of rents paid. Amenities may be added or removed at the owners/managers discretion. Example: There may have been advertised ice maker; one may be out for service. That does not warrant any refund.
12. No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property, to include being locked in the car. Failure to abide by this rule will result in the guests immediate expulsion with no refund of unused rent or deposit.
13. Copy of the driver's license of the person signing the lease and a requirement that this person be present for the entire length of the stay.
14. When leaving the apartment on the last day of stay, everything should be left in clean condition: garbage should be in appropriate containers. Dishes, pots, pens should be washed and stored. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fee and will be deducted from the security deposit.
15. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

We do not refund due to road conditions.

Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in. Likewise, guests who have already checked-in and who are found to have used the premises under false pretences will be denied the return of the security/damage deposit and may be subject to further legal action to recoup costs which exceed the amount of the security/damage deposit. By signing below and/or sending a deposit to hold a chosen date, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, and further agree that “68 Woodbine Ave, Toronto" it's owners, and representatives will only be bound by the terms within these three (4) pages. I further state that I am at least twenty-four (24) years of age and will be the principle guest and, as such, will be completely responsible for the actions of other guests, if any, for whom I may be making these arrangements.

Katya and her mother Eugenia were very welcoming and accommodating. Katya was not only courteous but very responsive to any questions that we had. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful and exactly how it appears in the pictures. We will definitely recommend this place to any of our out-of-town visitors.

The host was very welcoming, she gave directions to the local supermarket and shops. There was tea, coffee etc that we could use. The flat was clean, modern and close to shops and beach, along with transport into Toronto. it was in an excellent safe, clean area. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful weekend at Eugenia and Katya's place. It was very clean and comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

The studio apartment is located about half way between Queen Street and the boardwalk along the beach, so perfect for eating/shopping and running/walking. Katya and Eugenia were very friendly and accommodating. They agreed to let my two young daughters stay with me for part of the week, even though the ad indicates a maximum of two persons per stay. They also gave the place an extra cleaning when asked. One thing to note: the bed is not a "real bed" but a pullout couch, so not quite as comfortable.

I think that the feedback Michael provided is very harsh, especially because we went extra mile to accommodate him and his 2 teenage daughters without applying extra charge. We are new to Airbnb listing and couple of things were omitted due to misunderstanding. Breakfast for example is was listed because it was understood in the description that it refers to the space where one could have breakfast and not the actual meal. The bed was not described because the couch is being used as a base and on top a very comfortable soft mattress is laid, however it has been changed in the listing now. The overall cleanliness feedback from Michael is also very disappointing, especially when it was done a second time immediately. For future property owners, just be aware of the fact that Michael is a good renter but expects a perfection in return as well. Thanks
