This lovely room is located on the back of the house where it is very quiet. The whole top floor will be at your disposal. Wood furniture adds warmth to the space as well as antique lamps and handmade quilts.
This quiet, comfortable room will make you feel at home with the oak desk, antique lamps and hand made quilts. Breakfast is available for a nominal fee with house made breads, jams and granola. I love to cook and hope to serve you some special goodies. A Champagne Kir is available upon request to make your stay special ($5). I make my own raspberry liquor for the Kir Royal! Breakfast can be served at the table, back sun room or front porch where morning glories show off their beauty. The choice is yours!

I will be glad to recommend restaurants and local activities for your stay. As a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist I have a therapy room on site and would be delighted to offer massage at a reduced price during your stay.
Lake MacIntosh is a 5 minute walk from the house. There is a 3 mile running trail around the lake with spectacular views of Longs Peak and Mount Meeker (14,000 feet up!). The house has easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park through Lyons, easy access to I 25 into Denver and easy access via the diagonal to Boulder, a city of many delights including football games at CU!
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Pets are best if left at home. My cat is territorial! No smoking is allowed indoors.

Life is full. I am a very active person. I love to swing dance and do aerials. Sports include volleyball, swimming, running, biking, hiking and yoga. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and offer a reduced price for guests during their visit. Traveling has been fun. I have visited many countries in Europe, the island of Madeira where port is made, and Mexico. I was fortunate to spend 9 weeks in France in 2014. I love to sing and write a little poetry. Gardening and cooking round out the corners. I would love to spoil you with homemade bread and jam for breakfast! Wine and dark chocolate are a must in my house!
