Right above the Mercato del Capo, Cape Town is the ideal accommodation for your visit in Palermo. Cape Town is an essential one-room apartment with bathroom, finely furnished and immersed in the life of Palermo's vibrant city center.
On the first floor of an ancient building, the apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with attention to all the details that make it elegant and comfortable.
Cape Town is nothing more than the necessary: a bedroom with room for bags and clothing, a bathroom with shower, a mini-bar for your drinks (and the fruit of the market, of course!)
The apartment doesn't provide for a kitchen space: It is designed for those who do not like cooking during their holidays, or do not have time to do it.
However, the market and the surrounding area offer a great variety of the freshest fruit and vegetables served at the market's stands, typical street food, restaurants, bars and bakeries that will delight you with tasty and affordable specialities.
In short, you won't be starving!
PLEASE NOTE: A new double window as been just placed in order to ensure excellent soundproofing.
So the inconvenience that some guests had encountered in the early morning has been solved!
Cape Town has privileged access to the heart of Palermo's historical center. Teatro Massimo is less than a 3 minute walk away, Palermo's Cathedral is less than a 10 minute walk away. Right outside the door, you will find yourself surrounded by the teeming life of the most ancient market of the city, the Mercato del Capo.

Cape Town has an independent access right in front of the door of my apartment. This makes you absolutely autonomous but will give you the chance to be in contact with me the for any need, tip or required information.
Cape Town offers the privilege to live the market in an authentic way, from the inside: this means taking advantage of the benefits it can provide having a market just below the house, with all the best that Sicily can offer, but it also means living with the sounds that characterize it, and respect its value.
The day is marked by the rhythm of the market, an the market is made by its merchants, with their voices and colors: the Capo market, without it, would not be the alive and famous market that is!
Thanks for understanding :)
