13 Myrtle Lane is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Forest Beach. Nestled in amongst tall oak trees and beautiful stands of bamboo, this home offers the utmost in privacy with multiple decks and a large swimming pool.

Nestled in amongst tall oak trees and beautiful stands of bamboo, this home offers the utmost in privacy. With multiple decks and a large swimming pool that is newly resurfaced, 13 Myrtle Lane is the perfect vacation home. Its proximity to the beach, an easy seven minute walk, is just one of the amenities that make this house special.

The Great Room is comprised of a living room with wood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a 42 inch flat panel TV; a dining table for six; and a kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats three. Guests will enjoy the upper deck off the dining area, featuring an umbrella-covered table, and a view of the pool.

A stunning master bedroom offers antique-style furniture, 32" flat screen TV, a private bath with a sunken whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanities. Trees surround 2 sides of the home offering a wooded view. A large private deck will be wonderful for sunbathing or viewing the stars at night. Also located on the main level is a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, 24" flat screenTV and a hall bathroom. A large third bedroom is upstairs. There is a king bed, 40" flat screen TV with a private combination tub/shower bathroom.

There is a separate suite with a kitchenette that can be accessed from a stairwell inside the home, or from the garage at ground level. The suite has a Queen bed, a private bath, and a mini-kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. To top off this mini-get-away suite, there is a private deck with 4 chairs that look out to the wooded area. The entire family can enjoy cookouts on a separate deck near the pool.

Your family can easily bike the one mile to Coligny Plaza to visit the 60 shops and restaurants. 13 Myrtle Lane, with a rustic-meets-modern styling, is truly a home for all seasons. This Forest Beach home is sure to generate many fond memories.

13 Myrtle Lane has a 4 night minimum stay in effect, except for the week before & after the Easter holiday and the months of June, July and August where all stays must be 7 days, Saturday to Saturday.

RENTER AGREES: To be responsible for any intentional damage or negligence resulting in damage to the premises, including damages to the furnishings and household items, which occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear or accidental damage up to $2,000. An additional cleaning charge may be incurred if upon departure the property is inspected and found to require more than the normal check-out cleaning. Agent or owner will not be liable for any damages to your property, nor liable for any accident that may occur to you during your occupancy in or on the property. Owner or Agent may re-enter premises at a reasonable time for the purpose of making repairs or for routine maintenance. Owner or Agent is not responsible for articles left on premises. All properties are non-smoking. We make every attempt to make sure the home or villa you’ve rented is in good working order when you arrive. If you do encounter a maintenance problem in the home or villa, it will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate will not be adjusted due to any malfunction of equipment. Beach Properties of Hilton Head is not responsible for resort amenities such as scheduled pool and spa closures, etc. At the time of this publication, all home and villa amenities are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Furniture and accessories are subject to change as owners may update their properties.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: An approved credit card number must be on file in the name of the renter to hold as a security deposit in the case of damage or extraordinary cleaning after your departure. We inspect each property before and after all guest stays. If furniture is moved you will incur a charge to move it back.


HURRICANE & WEATHER REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any situation arising from hurricanes including evacuations without Travel Insurance coverage. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption of your stay due to other inclement weather.

PETS: This property does not allow pets. This policy will be strictly enforced. If you are found in violation of the policy, Agent reserves the right to immediately cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of the dwelling. Additionally, Guest will forfeit all monies and incur a minimum additional penalty of $300.

KEYS/CAR PASSES: You will be provided with TWO keys or a code to your rental property. A re-keying charge will be collected for lost or non-returned keys. 26 Sea Lane is located in a gated community that requires a car pass. Your reservation will include (2) car passes. Additional car passes (for a 3-7 days stay) can be obtained at a rate of $11 by calling our office at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

TELEPHONES & INTERNET: Nationwide long distance is provided during your stay at no additional charge. For calls to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, please use either a cell phone, calling card or credit card. All properties are equipped with Wireless Internet. Instructions are posted in each property

LOST AND FOUND: Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations. Do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property; neither Agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any thefts. Items left behind will be returned only upon request.

REPAIRS: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Beach Properties uses the best maintenance personnel available. Problems are corrected as soon as possible. Agent or an authorized employee or repairman may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the premises. Refunds will not be issued due to malfunctioning equipment or other guest dissatisfaction. Hilton Head is a highly desirable developing resort area with houses under construction. We do not move people or give refunds due to construction noise.

USE: Any use of the dwelling other than residential use during a family vacation must be approved by the Agent. If the dwelling is to be used for any event such as weddings, receptions, “parties” or large gatherings, the Guest agrees to submit a request for approval to the Agent and adhere to the Agent’s determination on that request. If the Agent approves the event, the Guest may be required to pay an additional deposit. If Guest misrepresents an event to the Agent (said misrepresentation to be determined by the Agent), the Guest agrees that the Agent may refuse occupancy or have the dwelling vacated and that the Guest will not be entitled to any refund.

RENTER: Renter understands that we will accept families, married couples, and responsible adults 25 years of age or older with the exception of married couples where at least one of the individuals is 21 years of age. Beach Properties does not rent to high school, college individuals or groups. The person signing the rental agreement must occupy the premises the entire length of the reservation. Each rental is limited to the number of people indicated on your reservation. Prior arrangements must be made with our office if any items will be mailed or shipped to you during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this great location. The managers were on top of things. There was plenty of outdoor seating and the pool was well maintained. The kitchen was also well equipped. Towels were in good condition.

Th location of this house is great. It really is a short easy walk to the beach. Having the pool was very nice and the house was in very good condition. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 2 children. One bedroom had a walk-in closet that worked perfectly for a pack-n-play (nice dark room for an infant to sleep) The "apartment" space is under the house, essentially the basement, and does not get television reception or wi-fi. The master-suite houses the air-conditioning unit and is very noisy. This room only gets spotty wifi. Wifi doesn't reach outside to the deck or pool. The house doesn't include beach towels, toys or chairs--you must rent or bring these things along with you. For families traveling by plane, this means you have to plan to bring a lot of extras with you, or pay to rent/buy beach towels, etc for $10-15/per. Family consensus was the house was good enough for our needs but did not live up to our expectations for the price (we would have been more comfortable at a hotel)
