This building complex is in a rather quiet neighbourhood off busy streets in the multicultural suburb of Upper-Woodstock in Cape Town. The dwelling size is approximately 70 m2 and ideal for 1-3 people.

There is a balcony leading directly to a small and cosy garden. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (queen size and 3quarter bed), living and dining area, kitchen and bathroom with shower only. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hub (2 plates), kettle, filter-coffee machine, washing machine and a spacious fridge.
There is a private and shaded parking bay belonging to the apartment.
You have free Wi-Fi access on the premises (up to 2.5 GB per week is included in the rental price).
In walking distance, you’ll reach different smaller shops, coffee-places and groceries. There are many popular restaurants along the famous Roodebloem Road. Ever-interesting V&A Waterfront, the busy town centre and the Table Mountain cable car are reached in only a few minutes by car. There are bus stations in walking distance to the flat to major sightseeing places in Cape Town.

It's a holiday flat and not a primary residence! Therefore don't expect too much atmosphere as feeling home from home!

This apartment is situated in the smallest block of flats out of 4 blocks (most inhabitants are low income lessees and families). Trendy Roodebloem Road with many restaurants and shops is only a 3 minutes' stroll away.

Regular cleaning:
If the apartment is rented for a period longer than 2 weeks an additional cleaning of at least every 2 weeks has to be arranged. This additional cleaning service (including change of linen) has to be paid by the lessee extra to the rental amount at the beginning of the rental period:
R300 per cleaning with 1 person / R450 per cleaning with 2-3 people
