Sorry to hear you had a frustrating stay. I am very surprised with all of your frustrations because, firstly, I have not recieved any messages on my phone or email from you? Secondly, yes there are water restrictions, BUT this is not something we hide from our guests and it is clearly stated in the booking process, these details were emailed directly to you. The entire country is experiencing a drought and KZN in particular has widespread water restrictions. In uMdloti in particular these restrictions change often, sometimes weekly, so it is hard to predict exactly what the scheduled times are. Sometimes there are no restrictions, and when there are there is always sufficient water at some point during the day. We have never had any complaints about the flat not being cozy or uncomfortable, so we are sorry to hear that you feel this way? Regarding the renovations next door we were completely unaware of this and are following up, apologies, this is unacceptable.
