Both me and Joe work during the week and will be unavailable 9-6 but we are happy to socialise in the evening or show you round at the weekend.
We have lived in Liverpool for nearly 7 years and this is by far our favourite area. Its so central that literally everything is on our doorstep! It's also very safe and quiet considering its location. There are many restaurants and shops within close vicinity and the famous cavern club is within 5 minutes walk, L1 shopping centre is a stones throw away as is the met quarter, the world museum, walker art gallery and St Georges hall!
Lime street, liverpool's main train station, is a 7 minute walk and provides transport links across the UK (including a 2 hour train to London). Moorfields station is 2 minutes away where you can get merseyrail services across Merseyside. Queens square bus station is about a 2 minute walk where you can get buses across the north west and to both football stadiums. Taxis are also very cheap here and you can easily find a black cab outside the flat. Generally speaking Liverpool is a very small city so you only need your feet to explore this amazing city!
We ask that guests check out at around 12pm and check in around 1pm particularly during the week. If this might be an issue just send me an enquiry. It is also worth noting that as this is a listed building the windows do not open in all the rooms - there are vents and fans around the flat and there are high ceilings which means that it is not actually stuffy.
Also, the council have very recently taken down the trees that were across the road from us. They now are building a little shopping centre with a car park there - they are only allowed to operate outside the hours of 9-6 mon - sat and since it started none of our guests have had any complaints and we have not had any issues with noise.
As we are working we would ask that noise is kept to a minimum during the week. Apart from that just be respectful of the space and enjoy!

I am originally from Reading but have been living in Liverpool for 7 years and absolutely love it here!I work as a paralegal and live with my boyfriend Joe. We both work during the week but enjoy relaxing in the evenings and letting our hair down at the weekend!
We love travelling and have always had great experiences using air bnb and look forward to meeting new people and showing guests what Liverpool has to offer. We are both music lovers, Joe is a great guitarist and I enjoy cooking, reading and painting.
I am also currently studying for a law degree part-time so am often working in the evenings! Joe is also studying a computer programming course and also works part-time. Joe has lived in France and speaks fluent French. We are both very friendly easy-going people and would be happy to welcome you to our home for long or short stay!
