It's all about LOCATION. This part of CAPITOL HILL is the most sought after area to live. A coffee shop, general store, ice cream parlor, and several of Seattle's best restaurants (Tallulah's, Monsoon, Kingfish Cafe) are within one block. EVERY need can be found a few blocks walk away on 15th Ave. E: Walgreen's, large grocery store, more stores, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Short walk to VOLUNTEER PARK.

I am usually in residence during guest stays and available for any question or advice, restaurant tips, driving directions, etc. However, I find that most guests simply want privacy and do their own thing. Many of my guests are visiting adult children who live in the area. I seem to have a niche for parents! If you want more interaction, let me know!
