Built in 1815 and "A" Listed in Georgian Edinburgh - minutes from all the sights. Lots of vibrant cafes, art galleries and shops all around. Wake up to a Nespresso coffee and go exploring.

If you seek hotel standards with home comforts you will be very happy here. Ground floor flat with private entrance set back from the street, so no stairs to climb. Live like a local in your own 1815 property.
There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops and quality appliances, a comfortable and bright sitting room has two sofas and a dining table which seats 4. You will find a welcome tray with tea, coffee and biscuits to make you feel at home from the time of your arrival. The bedroom has a double bed with a luxurious warm duvet, 100% cotton bedding and plenty of pillows. There is also a black out blind for a good night's sleep. The shower room has a powerful shower and Neutrogena shower gel. Extra towels are available. The separate WC is well appointed with Molton Brown hand wash and underfloor heating for extra comfort.
Good, free, unlimited WiFi internet connection makes this an excellent base for working if required.

Step outside and you are immersed in the heart of the Georgian New Town of Edinburgh and you are only a short walk from all the sites and shopping that Edinburgh has to offer. This is a safe and enjoyable area to wander around and explore. You will feel like a local while staying here.
There is a Tesco Express supermarket in Dundas Street (turn right at end of Northumberland Street) which is open 6:00am to11:00pm 7 days a week, as well as many speciality shops, cafes, antique shops and art galleries.

The key will be available 24 hours as there is a key safe for access. Check in is 2pm and check out 11am. There is a left luggage facility at the main train station if you need to drop bags before arrival or after departure.

Free on street parking is available at the weekends from 17:30 on Fridays until 08:30 on Mondays. Also free street parking from 17:30 to 08:30 each night. Otherwise there is only metered parking nearby.
24 hour secure parking is available at Waverley train station. £15 per day if booked in advance.
Make yourselves at home and relax.
Please depart before 11am. The cleaner will arrive at 11:00 on the day of departure.
Wash up your dishes and place refuse in to the large black bin in the street outside.
On departure, please leave the house in the clean and tidy state in which you found it.
