Substantially renovated and newly furnished since 2009 (including all major building components to ensure your comfort and well-being), our top-floor Attic Atelier suite has a secluded 'tucked under the eaves' hideaway charm that's rare to find in the downtown core. Inside and out, our airy sun-drenched space features its own private entrance, ensuite laundry, blonde wood floors, beadboard trim and six quality appliances. This suite boasts two sun-dappled bedrooms (one queen, one full, featuring fresh, quality linens) each with operable windows and remote-controlled skylights that affords each bedroom the benefit of fresh island summer breezes. The well-appointed living area with its flat screen television and comfortable linen settee, can convert to accommodate one or two additional persons for sleeping by closing the pair of pocket french doors. The living space opens to a generous sky vista terrace with seating and barbecue. It's a magical treetop perch. The open plan kitchen with its built-in banquette and round dining table is fully-fitted and equipped with quality stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect place to cook and unwind. And for those who love the indulgence of a spa, our four-piece washroom features an over-sized rain shower, deep soaking tub, and sun-kissed treetop balcony.
