Apartment is situated in a quiet court yard, incubated from the busy city life. The flat has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and furnished with care to give every comfort of a home.
On entering a large and convenient staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with an american style all-in-one but comfortable lounge with kitchen & dining-table, and a double bed. Separated greek-style bathroom with shower and toilet. 3rd bed can be found on the entrance ground floor. Cable TV and loundry machine are available. The apartment is equally ideal for young couples, students, buget or solo visitors. The flat can accommodate of 3 guests comfortably. An additional bed can be attached temporary based on your request.
Szent István Boulevard is the beginning point of the World Heritage inner city ringroad of Budapest. It is just above at the embankment of river Danube, docking point of Margaret Bridge, opposite the most beautiful Margaret Island, which is said to be the real lung of Budapest. House of Parliament, historical building of Nyugati Train Station, Oktogon, Andrássy Avenue are just within some minutes of a short walk. The area has numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. Plenty of tarnished theatres, cinemas, café houses are in the neighbourhood.
