The property was better than expected as pictured and described in the advertising. Having your own private pool was awesome. The community was great.

Great location. Walk to beach in five minutes with beach chairs and cart provided. Screened in pool was welcome in the hot weather. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and washer and dryer. Walking distance to restaurants and Times Square shops.

We loved our stay at Sunny Side Up. The place was exactly what we expected and the host was easy to contact with any questions! The pool was wonderful and the house was clean and perfect for a week away! Thanks for the fun and relaxing stay!!
