Description

24/7 Self Check-in options.

This cool, sunny, & comfortable hillside home is a historic 1924 property, & this unique room is partially underground; it's nice with plenty of sunlight.

There is also a private entrance & foyer for extra space/storage.

The room has key-locked solid doors, handmade table and bed frame fit for a queen. There is plenty of privacy with a separate entrance and extra foyer. The bathroom is upstairs.

There is 24/7 parking on the street or my driveway. Located on a wide open street.

There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walking.

Kitchen, Livingroom, Bathroom, Washroom. There is a 42" surround sound LED TV in your room w/ Netflix and YouTube apps. There is a double oven, overstove microwave, and many other appliances and cooking tools available in the spacious kitchen. Brand new washer and dryer available for clothes.

Check the Vallejo Arts & Entertainment website for a list of daily events in the area.

I'm friendly and laid back. I give straightforward answers and will always do my best to accommodate my guests.

Coffee is available 24/7 in the lower right cupboard slot directly to the right of the over-stove microwave. The coffee machine sits directly underneath the cupboard slot; as seen in listing photos.

Kitchen food storage is available in the shared lower left cupboard; directly left of the over-stove microwave..

It's a safe historic neighborhood with many beautiful homes. There is also a lake, park, and playground directly across the street.

There is convenient public transportation. There are a few options for getting around.

If going towards Napa, there is the VINE Route 29 Express that leaves from the Vallejo Ferry Terminal and arrives at the Napa Transit Center in about 36 minutes; roughly $3.25 or $29 for a 20-ride Pass; bike racks are equipped on the bus. The bus goes all the way up to Calistoga, if you want a full tour of the vineyards.

If you don't take public transport into San Francisco, then you will most likely be paying for parking.

There is now very convenient, first come first serve carpools at the Curtola Park and Ride (5 minutes walking). They are available Mon-Fri and 5 AM-10 AM. Most are heading to San Francisco and will charge anywhere between $1- $5 per person.

There is a ferry building 1.6 miles away. It is a 31 minute walk to the building and a 9 minute bike ride. You can bring bikes on the ferry. The ferry is around a 50-60 minutes scenic ride through the San Pablo and San Francisco bays.

There are also two close-by bus routes, the 3, the 78, and the 80, that go to the ferry. They take around 14 and 22 minutes, respectively. Around a $1.75 fare. It is a 5 minute walk through Dalwigk park to get to the public transit center: the newly built Curtola Park and Ride.

The other option is to take the same 80 bus route down to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART Station all the way to the Embarcadero BART Station; runs Mon-Sat: 6 AM–10 PM · every 15 min.

If going to downtown SF, then I recommend the ferry. The cost is less, the travel is scenic, and you can now use your Clipper card to buy a discounted fare.

Check the Soltrans Route 80, Vallejo Ferry, and VINE transit websites to verify travel plans beforehand.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT times are flexible, but are reliant upon the schedules and cooperation of prior guests. Make sure to check the House Manual in your itinerary for easy 24/7 check-in/check-out access.
