A classy and vintage turn-of-the-century dwelling with modern upgrades and furnishings, this comfortable private home is all yours during your visit. Enjoy a cool morning breeze with a cup of tea or coffee on the front lawn or a late afternoon happy hour under the shady apricot tree. Rejoice in the convenient access of laundry facilities on-site, a fully appointed kitchen and wet bar, and state-of-the art entertainment equipment. Relish in a restful night's sleep in your comfy bed and spacious master suite. A second bedroom is outfitted with a vintage oak bunk bed set featuring two plush twin-size mattresses. The open space floor plan of the common area features a plush sleeper sofa accommodating two, dimmer light switches to create a custom ambiance, and high speed internet throughout.

This single family property with a fenced front yard is available to you and registered guests during your stay, no shared spaces! A stacked washer and dryer located off of the kitchen and fully stocked with detergent and softener is available. Please help yourself to the fresh fruit and vegetables growing around the property (seasonal weather permitting) which may include apricots, plums, and tomatoes. Parking is complimentary, space for two vehicles is available in the rear of this private property and curbside parking on the street. Please do not enter the basement and attic.

My interactions are customized to our guest's preference and may be via text, email, or phone. Should you desire privacy and solitude, please enjoy our amenities and make yourself at home. Should you seek recommendations on local events, dining establishments, and insider tips to Salt Lake City, I am available to assist prior to your arrival. Upon check-in time, you will enter your unique door code to gain access to the home and will use this code for the duration of your stay.

Walk, ride, bike, Lyft, or Uber - it's your choice! This home is centrally located steps from 900 East and 400 South TRAX light rail station and within a block of five UTA bus routes. A protected bicycle lane is located on 300 South into downtown and the nearest GREENbike station for city bike rentals is located on 300 South and 500 East. Uber, Lyft, and taxi cabs are available citywide.

We welcome you into our home to have a great experience, feel comfortable and safe, and make memorable moments to cherish for a lifetime! With that said, we have paraphrased the boring legal stuff below...

1.) No pets allowed on premises.
2.) No smoking inside home; smoking outside home is acceptable as long as you clean up after yourself.
3.) No gatherings or parties of 6 or more outside home. Gatherings up to 10 people inside home is acceptable as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level and does not disturb neighbors.
4.) Respect residential and neighborhood quiet hours from 9pm to 9am overnight.
5.) Damage to property, furnishings, excessive cleaning not covered by basic cleaning fee, missing items from home, smoke or pet odors or smoke/pet damage, and any other cost incurred to homeowner due to guest's stay will result in a charge to guest's credit card to cover losses.
6.) Maximum occupancy is 6 adults for sleeping accommodations.
7.) Homeowner access to property shall be allowed in a reasonable manner to facilitate repairs or inspection with advance notice to guests.
8.) Registered guests and adult friends of guests that will occupy home at any time are required to be 21 years of age or older, with the exception of children of registered guests under the the age of 12.
9.) Guest agrees that any personal belongings and/or property brought into home shall be at the sole risk of guest or third party and homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to loss, theft, or damage.
10.) Guest acknowledges that the use of property and amenities such as grills, patios, stoves, bicycles, etc. may be potentially dangerous and involve risks, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at guest's own risk. Homeowner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever due to personal injury.
11.) If registered guests or friends of guests use WIFI network, it is agreed that its use is only for legal purposes and user promises not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.

And finally, please leave our home as clean as you found it; which includes washing your dishes, placing soiled bedding and towels near laundry machines in the kitchen, and general tidying up of spaces used.

We stayed in this wonderful house for a couple nights. It is decorated very nicely and we had everything we needed (except coffee! Bring your own!) nice neighborhood.

Hi Rolf, Thanks for the great review! Just wanted to let you know we do, in fact, provide is always on the shelf directly under the coffee maker along with two other jars- one with tea bags, the other with raw sugar. These items are stocked for every guest. Thanks!

Great location. So many things within walking distance. I needed a place close to Primary Children's Hospital and this place was perfect. An easy drive to the hospital or take the train. Alot of upscale touches with original details still there

The location was perfect for our ski trip, not more than 40 minutes from Cottonwood resorts. Not much more than a mile or two from SLC restaurant favorites such as Takashi, Red Iguana, and Copper Onion. The bunk beds and queen bed were all comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hosts request a little help with the cleaning before your departure (clean/put away dishes, strip bed linens, take out trash) but these instructions are clear and don't take too much time to complete. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

It was our first time in Utah and this was the best location for us. It's in quick walking distance to the trax station which can get you anywhere you need to go quickly and easily. Not to mention it's the cutest cottage, super cozy and clean. The hosts are equally as amazing. They responded right away to any questions we had, including giving us recommendations. Overall this was one of our favorite trips, we can't say enough good things about it!

Booking and checking in process was smooth — no communications required. The house is in a good shape, has a reserved parking spot. It was a little bit strange to be charged cleaning fee and in the same time have a requirement in the house rules to clean it and "leave the place as neat and clean as you found it" but we didn't mind.
