It's a pleasure for me and my friend Aluna welcome in this apartment.
The apartment is on the second floor , no elevator (about 30 steps) , overlooking a inner courtyard on the rooftops of Trastevere, so it is extremely quiet for being located in an area so lively as Trastevere, especially at night.
NOTE: At the first floor of this building, is located my other apartment Moro in Trastevere, look in list of my property.
As you can see from the photos there 2 rooms, we have a living room with a sofa bed for 2 guests, one bedroom with double bed, a kitchen well-equipped and with table and chairs and it has an exit to a small balcony, a large bathroom with a bathtub.
It 's available internet connection.
The air conditioning is electric .
There is a boiler for heating and hot water, the fireplace can not be used.
We are located in the historic heart of Trastevere and Rome, we can easily walk to places of interest and tourist attractions . In addition Trastevere is famous for it's vibrant nightlife , full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars , pubs and shops in general. During the day it's really good to shoot through the alleys and discover the hidden corners of Rome. It 's important to remember that every day at 12.00, from the Gianicolo hill , overlooking Trastevere, a cannon fires a shot, is to remind the Romans, since 1847 , which is the lunch hour !
The Gianicolo hill you can enjoy a unique view of the eternal city !
Before your arrival we will give you all the information for the ceck-in and our suggestions, from Roman, to visit Rome, our city!
You are welcome .

The price includes all,bed linen and towels. Usually the check-in time is after 13.00 and ceck-out at 11.00. It's possible to arrange other times if there are no other guests arriving / departing. For Christmas time or Easter etc. minimum stay is 4 or 5 nights. Additional fee are request for ceck-in after 8 pm (15 euro) and after 10 pm (25 euro), after 12.00 am (35 euro) pay direct to the key holder. On 31 December will not possible ceck-in after 06.00 pm
You will find, as a welcome pack, water, tea, coffee, biscuit, toilet paper etc..
If you want something in particular, like wine, flowers, sweets or anything, just that you ask before and will let you know in advance the cost.

I don't have always the chance to meet my guests, especially if you stop a few days. But they are always contactable by e-mail, or phone, even text messages. You can ask me to book restaurants or otherwise, information on times and places, timetable for train or bus, shops etc.. My work takes me always in motion, even abroad, in the city I move with the scooter.

The cobbled streets are narrow and winding and random but losing your way will lead you to places you might not otherwise find. Note that the cobblestone (locally called sampietrini) streets have been paved elsewhere in Rome as the vibrations from cars driving over them have been found to lead to cracking in the foundations of many of the monuments and historic sites around the city (and are also dangerous to drivers). The sampietrini are mostly being left alone in Trastevere though.
Trastevere is the 13th rione of Rome, on the west bank of the Tiber, south of Vatican City. Its name comes from the Latin trans Tiberim, meaning literally "beyond the Tiber". The correct pronunciation is [trasˈteːvere], with the accent on the second syllable. Its logo is a golden head of a lion on a red background, the meaning of which is uncertain. To the north, Trastevere borders on to the XIV rione, Borgo.
Nowadays, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by medieval houses. At night, natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants, but much of the original character of Trastevere remains. The area is also home to several foreign academic institutions including The American University of Rome and John Cabot University (both of which are private American universities), the American Academy in Rome, the Rome campus of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, the Canadian University of Waterloo School of Architecture (between the months of September and December), and the American Pratt Institute School of Architecture therefore serving as home to an international student body.

You will be in the heart of old Rome

If you break the keys, if you lose your keys, etc. you will be charged the cost of the intervention of the smith, at night can cost 150,00 EUR. If you break dishes or glasses please advise, I have to have time to buy them again for the next guest. If you decide to kill someone please avoid using towels to clean the blood. If you have the foresight to raise your long hair from the shower drain, certainly the water will drain better. Please do not clean the shoes with towels. Thank you.

I'm a lady, I had the pleasure and the opportunity to visit many countries in the world, from Japan to the United States, Australia, Argentina etc. etc. Rome is my city. I am pleased to offer you some accomodations, for me it's important the cleanliness, location, and above all else give all possible assistance to my hosts to feel at ease, and can enjoy a good holiday. I can offer accommodations in other parts of the world, many opportunities on the island of Corfu, I love Greece. All this is also part of my job because I deal with the real estate for a long time. I can not meet all my guests as I would like, sometimes I'm not present just because I'm on the go. But I'm very interested in the exchange of messages and phone calls, e-mails, I'm always ready with suggestions and informations. So apart from the night and when I'm on a plane, it is very very easy to contact me!
While seeing the same world, we see it through different eyes.
