Clean and quiet furnished 2 bedroom apartment in building with elevator in Gramercy - an excellent and safe neighborhood in the the heart of Manhattan. 10 minutes walk from Union Square, the East Village, and the subway.
Charming apartment with hardwood floors. Two large, quiet bedrooms with big windows, plus living room and kitchen. Both bedrooms have desks / work areas, which is surprisingly rare in NYC and makes the apartment ideal for students or professionals.
Wifi/TV/Cable set up in the living room and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. There several closets and a nice bathroom. Laundry facilities next door to the building, drop off / delivery or self serve. All bedding (sheets, pillows, comforter), bath towels, iron and hairdryer provided.
The building has an elevator which makes bringing your luggage/suitcases in a breeze.
This is a great location for visiting NYC. It's a short walk to several of the best neighborhoods in the city. Many people walk to the East Village because it is filled with affordable cool and trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shopping, yoga studios, coffee shops, live music venues, and gyms.
It's also a 15 minute subway from Bryant Park Ice Skating rink, a 20 minute subway from the Rockefeller Center (Christmas tree is there during the winter) and many more quintessential New York holiday and seasonal events.
Enjoy your stay ;)
