I will not be in Hobart to meet you. However, a friend of mine is acting as my agent, should you require anything. I will also provide phone numbers of helpful neighbours, should you need help or advice with anything.
(My place would be suitable for babies but not toddlers who can crawl) Please respect the quiet neighbourhood and keep loud noises to a minimum if on the balcony.
Smoking is ok on the balcony but not inside the townhouse
As many of my personal belongings will be in the house, I would ask you to respect them
Hi, my name is Carmel. I am a teacher and have lived in beautiful Tasmania for about 12 years. I love to travel and will be overseas enjoying some significant family celebrations during your stay. So... you will have the place to yourselves. However, a friend of mine will act as my agent and I will also leave contact numbers of some helpful and friendly neighbours, should you need advice about any issues. I hope you have a wonderful time in this stunning isle.
