This home was once one of Byron's grandest. It is now the ideal home for a Byron Bay get together. The wide natural floorboards are beautiful hardwood and VJ timber walls with high ceilings will impress. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the ensuite with double shower head and clawfoot tub. A contemporary kitchen and dining room for 10 is an open plan and is a charismatic hub of the home. A sleep out sun room with french doors opening to the balcony is ideal for relaxation and a good book with huge sliding stained glass windows capturing the sea breeze. A rear entertaining area boasts a BBQ and outdoor furniture in a great yard with lush lawns and courtyard pavers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The premises are let to you for holiday purposes during the period stated on your registration . Consideration for our neighbours is of major importance as this is a residential area.
The number of occupants must not exceed 8 persons or the number of persons shown on your registration without informing Byron Bliss Beach Cottage. Parties or gatherings over 10 persons are not permitted.
A security company manages terms and conditions re the property and their phone number is displayed. A call out for security incurs a $150 fee. Security is in place for the benefit of the tenant, the lessor and the neighbours. Two security call outs results in termination of letting.
The house will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. A late penalty fee may be charged.
The premises are to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur an extra cleaning charge.
Keys can be collected via meet and greet where possible or from a coded safebox at entry to property. Lost keys incur a $40 charge as does a call out for misplaced keys.
No pets are permitted on the property without prior arrangement.
The tenant will pay for any damage to property or furnishings.
No tenant or guest shall partake in behaviour that is a nuisance to adjoining neighbours. Absolutely no noise must be heard from outdoor areas after 10pm each evening.
Security bonds will be released in full within seven days of departure providing no damage, security call outs , extensive cleaning or excess garbage removal is required.
Any breach of the above holiday letting terms can result in the owner immediately terminating the letting.

I am a healthy active person that enjoys life every single day. I am lucky enough to spread myself between Burleigh Heads and Byron Bay for home, business and pleasure. Two absolute paradises with nothing but between! . I like to travel sometimes but am also very happy at home. I love to take photos and write about my experiences - at home and away. I enjoy the outdoor life with surfing, paddling and water sports as most favoured in the paradise that surrounds me.
