I grew up in Shoshone County Idaho where my father was a mining engineer. We moved away when I was in high school but many years later I bought the Idaho Building, a brick building built in 1917, on the national register of historic places, with five apartments on the second floor and commercial space on the ground floor. In the past year I have spent a lot of time in Wallace Idaho, renovating The Idaho Building, and now we have four very nice apartments available for vacation rentals. I have local personnel available for cleaning, service, problem resolution when I am not there.
