Description

64 sq M apartment with separate bedR and bathroom, 2 balconies, reverse cycle air and dedicated study centre gives you plenty of space. Don't go stir-crazy in a hotel room!

Access to swim pool (great for kids, not Thorpe) and excellent tennis court.
Car parking under building and above ground

One of us always on phone and only 10 away if you lock out or something stops working

Trees, quiet, sunny

20 min walk to War Memorial through heritage suburb, 5 min to Myers and 7min to bus interchange

its a quiet residential complex and so quiet after 10 or 11. Treat others as you would like to be treated. In Canberra the opening the curtains during winter days and allowing the sun to warm your unit saves a lot of electricity. In summer closing them during the day and then opening at night to allow the cool night air through is good management.

Hard working ex hippie with own accommodation business who digs old cars, photography and music, esp classical. Am putting a Human Rights program thru Timor Leste, spent 5 weeks running team that helped 20,000 in Banda ACEH after the boxing day tsunami and set up drug rehab near Sydney. Love the Australian country and the people, they can really operate in wild environments. Have just come back from the cyclone hit Vanuatu where I set up teams to go into the villages and do trauma relief and train local youth.
