Échanges avec les voyageurs
We are living in the same building, so will be always around to help you feel at home and guide you around Lisbon to the places we love and the ones you want to visit.
Our building has two cafes on the first floor and various restaurants and bars next door. So vibrant musical area (jazz, fado, all good hits from 90s) will cheer you up.
There are several rules we would like you to keep in mind:
-to keep the lights and water off when they are not used
-to use washing machine and dishwasher after 9 pm
-not to create noise after 10 pm
-not to leave dirty stuff in the kitchen or bathroom
-pull out all the food from the fridge when you are living (either take it with you or tell us to pass it to other guests)
- to treat other guests with respect (and hosts too)
- to treat house as home (not as a hotel, hostel, etc.)
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 5 jours avant votre voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral, frais de service compris.
