Extended Winter Getaway? Planning SUMMER? Convention in Long Beach? Maybe you just want to do nothing but sit on the balcony and soak in the amazing view of the beach, the sailboats, Long Beach islands, the Queen Mary and the Marina. Well, this is a great choice.
Newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath beach front condo in security building with underground parking for 1 car. Brand new appliances, flat-screen TV, cork floors, immaculate bathroom and a kitchen that has everything you need for your stay. Cable, WiFi and local phone service included.
A 7 second elevator ride or 3 flights of stairs leaves you on the beach and the amazing bike path that runs the length of the LB coastline. The building is very clean & well maintained. One floor up there is a public rooftop deck with lounge chairs, tables & BBQs; a full-size swimming pool & hot tub. There is a basic gym, with two treadmills & washer/dryers in the building (they will cost you a couple of quarters, but I'm happy to treat you to the first load.)
Walking distance from the LB Convention Center, Shoreline Village, LB Performing Arts Center, Downtown LB and the amazing LB Pacific Aquarium (if you have kids, don't miss it). Lots of restaurants & shops close by including the very quaint & popular Belmont Shores area. 30 minutes to Downtown LA by car and many major attractions including Disneyland. Very convenient to LAX and Long Beach airports and close to a major LA Metro train stop.
Great for a couple or a family of three (prefer that children be over 10). Air mattress available to convert living room into a second sleeping area.
Ideal for a getaway or a "non-hotel" home-away-from-home convention visit.

The entire place is yours during your stay. I am available 24/7 via phone/text for any problems or questions. You will be able to pick up the key outside the building.
Because this is a condo building, guests need to be considerate of fellow residents and keep noise to a minimum. Although the floors have some of the best insulation available, I ask that my guests walk with a light footstep and avoid dragging any heavy objects or move furniture. Also, the building is secure which means that you must carry the building keys to get in and out. I prefer to get a copy of your driver's license before your stay. Most important rule - leave things as you found them and let me know if something isn't working so I can fix the problem. There are pets in the building, but none are allowed in this unit.
