This perfectly-appointed, newly-renovated studio apartment is located adjacent to UT's campus, only two blocks from "The Strip", and an easy 10-15 minute walk from both Neyland Stadium and Thompson-Bowling Arena.

The condo complex is a converted former hotel and contains approximately 100 units which caters largely to students but is also home to medical professionals, professors and artists, among others. Based on some feedback we've received, we wanted to make sure guests are aware that students DO live in this building. The HOA does a great job of enforcing their set "quiet hours" but we wanted to make sure prospective guests are aware that due to the proximity to campus there are students that call the building home. The complex boasts a modest pool which is open during the summer months.

On-site parking available for our guests for $5/day. Simply contact us after booking and let us know that you want parking to be included and we will send you a price adjustment for the $5 per day. You will receive instructions prior to check-in with the code for the lockbox where you will get the permit for the garage.

**IMPORTANT: If you do not have a permit tag and choose to park in the garage, you will be subject to being towed. There is usually street parking available within a one-block radius.**

The unit itself has been thoughtfully renovated to make the most of the 400 sq. ft. space. An extremely comfortable murphy bed affords guests more room during the day to stretch out and call this place your home away from home. The unit can accommodate up to 4 people with two people sleeping on a Serta sleeper sofa that converts into a full size bed.

The kitchen offers everything you would need while away from home. Plates, cups, utensils, and pots and pans are all provided. The kitchen has a cooktop stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, sink with garbage disposal, refrigerator and under-the-counter ice maker which cranks out lots of ice - perfect for packing your tailgate cooler if you're going to a game!

The condo has ample closet space, a desk to take advantage of the free WIFI and get some work done, 32" wall-mounted TV with a Roku for streaming, basic cable, and in-room washer and dryer.

Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels, bed linens and pillows (for both the bed and the sofa bed) are all provided. There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer available for your convenience. We will also leave dishwashing and laundry detergent for you to use during your stay.

Location is a highlight with access to the Strip (college woohoo bars), access to the stadium and campus, and access to one of the most lovely quaint downtowns there is (Worlds Fair Park, Market Square etc). This Airbnb really gives you the Knoxville spirit in such a cozy studio with everything you could ask for. The attention to detail these hosts provide is fantastic.
