Comfortable apartment for two. All new furniture, kitchen counter appliances & utensils, purchased September 2015. Cozy, bright and clean apartment, with open living room space. Enjoy the balcony during fall and winter with a nice view to a green area. Nice family friendly condo with plenty of green surrounding areas, great for an afternoon walk.
Bedroom has brand new mattress and new bedding so you're assured a good night sleep. Black-out curtains will keep your room nice and dark for a renovating night sleep.
Sleeper sofa available in living room for occasional guest.

Enjoy the pool, gym, sauna or tennis court at any time. You also have access to the club house, which you can reserve for any private social event or business meeting. Secure condo offers open green areas, great for relaxing walks or exercise jogs.

During your stay you have complete access to all the apartment. Most of the time we will be abroad during your stay, but you will have all our contact information for any specific needs. We will also provide you with contact details to our property manager for any immediate needs.

The condo is located in a quiet and safe area and at the same time close to convenient roads like Palmetto and Powerline. Publix supermarket and Target store are only 5 min. drive away. Local restaurants are also just a few miles away. Near by recommendations: Houston's, Seasons 52, Cheesecake Factory, Carrabba's, The Capital Grille, The Rebel House and more...

It is easy to get around in Boca, there is usually no heavy traffic. There is public transportation but I would recommend to rent a car. There are several car rental places in Boca, one is about 15 min. from the apartment (1300 NW 1st Ave.)

We are required to present an application to the condominium for all guests. The application fee will be covered by the host. Instructions will be provided once we receive your reservation request.

If you require more than 6 month stay -- we are able to accommodate and modify the monthly rate. Please contact us.

Our last tenant's review said he thought the apartment has a perfect size, great location and loved to have parking spot conveniently in-front of building. You are only couple miles away from great local restaurants, Town Center mall and only 5 miles away from the beach.

We ask our guest to be respectful with neighbors and follow condo rules. No smoking nor pets allowed in the apartment.
Please keep apartment clean, we will provide several cleaning utensils. Change air filter every month (filters will be provided).

Jarrett and I first arrived and were taken back by how beautiful, bright and clean this apartment was. I never met Susan but spoke with her many times through emails and texts. Our contact person was her son Ignacio who was always responsive and helpful when something came up. We stayed here for 3 months and grew to love it as if it were our own home. Ignacio and Susan stocked the apartment with everything from dryer sheets, to shampoo and conditioner. All the furniture was new and comfortable including the bed. The view from the apartment looked over a large green field. The huge livingroom windows show the sunset and sunrise. The apartment is located in a nice safe and clean neighborhood. We were given a very close parking spot reserved for us and the guest parking spots were scattered throughout the complex. The washer dryer were huge and new which was a nice cherry on top. I would definitely stay here again and I will miss this place. Thank you for our stay Susan and Ignacio!

I stayed at this apartment for 3 months in late 2015. I was there for business so I was looking for a quiet place with a great kitchen to cook in and that's exactly what I got. It's in a remote area of Boca, but it was clean and had all-new furnishings and appliances. So if you're looking for a hot spot in downtown Mizner, this isn't the place for you, but if you need a quaint apartment, with a great host, that's 20 mins from the beach, this place is perfect. I love to travel and for my family and I the best vacation is at a place close to the beach, that is why we enjoy so much spending our summers in Florida and especially in Boca where you have a beautiful beach and plenty of green areas. This last summer we were Airbnb guests in Key West and we had such a wonderful time!
