When you enter our cottage you will immediately notice the detail and contemporary furniture throughout the home. The open kitchen / living area is bright and airy with high ceilings and french doors. The 2 bedrooms are located upstairs with private baths. The master suite offers a screened porch with beautiful views of the giant oak trees.

As you would expect, it comes fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee makers, refrigerator and all cooking utensils and crockery for a gourmet meal or quick snack.

A well-behaved dog is welcome at our condo with prior approval. Pet fee for one small dog is $150. Add $50 for a 2nd dog. The pet fee is not included in the quote and will be added after the reservation is confirmed.

We furnish our guests with the following amenities at no charge...
Fresh bed linens for each bed and...
a basic bath towel package
kitchen dish detergents
Iron and ironing board. Hair dryers.


Our cottage is non-smoking.

This exquisite Wachesaw Plantation cottage is located 3 miles from white sandy beaches. Travel south to Huntington Beach State Park or 3 miles north to Garden City Beach and Fishing Pier.

Our cottage is a duplex. Our unit is on the right side. The cottage on the left side is also a vacation rental, managed by our company.

We live 3 miles away and can be at the cottage within a moments notice. If you need anything, let us know during your stay.

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Wachesaw Plantation.

One adult bicycle is furnished for leisure riding.

A car is recommended.

Taxi service and Uber is readily available, as well...

We are not affiliated with a neighboring community, Wachesaw EAST.

PARKING: Parking for 2 vehicles in marked parking space "16". Overflow parking is at the pool parking area, about a block away.

RESTRICTIONS: Per the HOA rules... boats, motorcycles, pull-behind trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed within the community and will be stopped at the community entrance.
~ No smoking inside the unit, including E-Cigarettes.
~ Fireworks and noise makers are prohibited.
~ No house parties. No exceptions.

Quiet hours are: 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Landscapers are frequently in the area.

PAYMENT:
Pay less upfront...
When you use a credit card or PayPal to book an eligible reservation, you’ll have the option to pay part of the total now, and the remaining amount closer to the check-in date.

You won’t be charged additional fees for choosing this option.

What happens on the day of my second payment?
No action is required from you. On the second payment due date, we’ll automatically charge the payment method you used to reserve the booking for the initial payment.

CANCELLATIONS:
Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival, except fees
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

RESTRICTIONS:
Per HOA rules, the community prohibits the following:
~ boats
~ RVs
~ golf carts
~ pull behind trailers
~ motorcycles and mopeds
~ fireworks and other noise makers
~ large house parties or events
~ hanging pool towels, clothing or flags on the porch rails

KEYS: Guests will pick up their key and check-in package at the guard entrance of our community. Instructions will be forwarded about a week prior to check-in.

PARKING: Guests will have 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the cottage. Overflow parking will be at the pool complex about a block away.

SMOKING: Our cottage is non-smoking inside the unit including Vaping. Smoking on porches is fine.

Refunds will not be given for early departures.

Security deposit: After our satisfactory departure inspection, any refundable security deposit paid by guest will be refunded within the Airbnb security deposit refund policy... typically 7 - 10 days.

The house was spectacular. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We chose this place cause it looked very cozy and great for our kids and dog. It did not disappoint. Master bedroom with bath and screened porch was amazing. Would definitely come back here. Great getaway from the craziness that can be Ocean Ave and the Broadway on the beach area. Felt good to kind of drive home after a long day at the beach. Thanks again Sheila!

Sheila was incredibly accomodating - even when we had a last minute addition to the number of cars that we had. The home is beautiful and in a gorgeous neighborhood - we loved walking around and seeing all the majestic oaks! It was about a 15 minute drive to the beach, but not inconvenient at all. The pool area is lovely, and a great way to spend your time. The house is very well appointed and well-kept, and although the kitchen appliances are slightly out of date they function perfectly. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great (2.5 baths). There were plenty of items provided around the house - dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, towels, soaps, etc - even a cooler for taking to the beach! Overall highly recommend.

My family and I spent 3 beautiful days in the Majestic Oaks Cottage. It was a perfect place for us. The neighborhood was quite and relaxing. The house was beautiful and clean.
