Règlement intérieur
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait à partir de 14:00

1.)Respect our stuff: we want others to enjoy our space and have worked really hard to get this building back in working use! Please try to be careful with furniture and goods. Enjoy all the items, books and games but please put them back before you leave and try to keep them in good working order.

2.)Breakages: Please refer to Airbnb's policy on breakages. Breakages are considered any damage to flooring, furniture, blinds, windows, white goods and appliances. This does not include general wear and tear. Damages are charged at £250 flat fee.

3.)No Smoking: we run a strict no smoking policy anywhere inside the building. If you are caught or suspected of smoking, a £150 cleaning charge will be required

4.)No wild parties: our neighbors on all 3 sides have young children. You can absolutely invite guests over but no loud music or wild parties after 10pm please.

5.)Locking Doors: Please ensure you always shut the main front door. The inner white glass door is typically left open during business hours, however a key will be on your keychain for this if it's locked. Please always close your apartment door firmly behind you.

6.)Lost Keys: If you have lost your keys we charge you £80 to replace them. To obtain a new set, please speak to the management pressing the Generous Spaces front buzzer or call us so we can arrange getting you a new set asap.

7.)Pet policy: only dogs allowed, additional charges and rules apply. Please contact hosts for more information.

8.)Rubbish: Please remove any rubbish from the flat after your stay. Rubbish must be placed in black bin bags and placed outside on the curb between 8:00-8:30am for Westminster collection. Rubbish placed outside out of these times can result in a fine from Westminster.

9.)Recycling: Please place any items for recycling: plastic, cans, glass and paper in the blue recycling bags provided. These bags must be placed outside on the curb between 8:00am-8:30am for Westminster collection. Rubbish placed outside out of these times can result in a fine from Westminster.

10.) Emergencies: in case of emergencies please dial 999 and ask for the relevant emergency services: Police/Fire/Ambulance. The closest NHS urgent care walk in clinic is located at:

Pharmacies are located on Harrow Road and can help with most minor ailments.

Notre hôte nous a très gentiment accueilli à notre arrivée. Nous avons été sensibles à la bouteille de vin et biscuits qu'il nous avait préparés. Toujours disponible pour nous renseigner. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, facile d'accès de la Gare st Pancras avec le bus n 18 qui s'arrête devant la porte. Quartier bien desservi par les bus.

Les propriétaires (en vacances lors de notre séjour) ainsi que leurs parents sont très prévenants et disponibles. Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis, avec beaucoup de renseignements à disposition. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les bus, avec des petits supermarchés à proximité, très pratique ! L'appartement correspond en tout point au descriptif et aux photos, parfait pour nos 3 enfants et nous : spacieux, très propre, le salon en contrebas idéal pour notre fille aînée. Seul bémol : les chambres côté rue un peu bruyantes du fait de la circulation, mais cela n'a dérangé en rien nos enfants. Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement y est pour beaucoup, les propriétaires et leur famille encore plus. Nous reviendrons !

We really enjoyed our stay at Generous Spaces place. So much room for 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 bedrooms, plus kitchen and lounge room made for a comfortable stay. We were even able to entertain a couple of friends and that made it feel like home. Great location for buses and an easy walk to the tube. Lots of supermarkets, cafes and the like. Burhan was very personable and gave a great induction to the apartment and always on hand if we required him. Highly recommend. Thanks!

We stayed with Burhen & Rae at Generous Space and we can only described our experience it in one word "fantastic". Everything was just as described in the pictures and the apartment has everything . Communication with Burhen was great, he was also so kind to help us with out big luggage. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from the tube and in front of a bus station and Notting Hill is just walking around 5-10 minutes. We highly recommend to stay at generous spaces if you are traveling to London. And if we have the chance to go back to London we will definitely stay again with Burhen & Rae.

We choose this place because we found a lot of good reviews of it. So we knew what to expect. We lived comfortably in the clean apartment with all amenities. Good location was important too. And after all we were happy to meet hospitable, friendly owner Burhan. This is definitely a good place to stay in London.

Una estancia recomendable. Siempre tienes dudas al contratar de si se ajustará a lo que ves en la pagina, pero es tal y como se ve (un poco mas pequeño).Tiene tod los complementos necesarios. Lo recomiendo para personas jovenes, las escaleras para personas mayores es un incoveniente pues son estrechas y empinadas, aunque son pocas. El acceso al metro y autobuses estupendo. Los anfitriones muy amables en todo momento. Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena siendo una pareja con dos adolescentes. Lo recomiendo calidad-precio.

We had a lovely trip to London in spring time due in large part to the comfortable, clean and amazing flat provided by Burhan and Rae. It is as well equipped as any modern house with all aamenities and appliances to make it feel like your home away from home. The little lounge area and kitchen were welcome shared spaces for our party of four when we felt like chatting or having a light meal. In fact the place was so comfortable we decided to eat in a few times. Burhan is a friendly and accomodating host who helped us very promptly with our heavy luggage, adjusting the thermostat, figuring out the safe, giving directions, etc. Just a note of caution that light sleepers might initially be bothered by the road noise as the flat faces the road. But once your ears get used to it or if you use ear plugs, it won't be a problem any longer. I really recommend this place highly!

Two years ago we left our long careers in the business consulting industry and started up Generous Spaces, a social enterprise initiative aimed at supporting young, ambitious individuals. Our journey started by redeveloping the dilapidated building on Harrow Road into a modern, versatile space. The rest of our concept grew (and continues to grow) organically. The Generous Spaces Apartments provides us with the opportunity to run our Youth Enterprise Scheme called The GS Project.

Our intention with building Generous Spaces is two-fold – to help start ups, entrepreneurs and young ambitious individuals by providing them with a versatile workspace (WORK/SHOP) and to make a positive impact by offering learning opportunities to 16-24 year olds who are determined and driven to find work and/or start up their own enterprise – we call this The GS Project. We rely on volunteerism to run workshops and sessions inviting experienced individuals, business leaders, professionals and educators to take part in running modules.
