We live in a 200 year old building from the Biedermeier-period very close to the city center of vienna (4th district). We are two art historians with a passion for old and modern art and our home is colorful and arty. We have two little children.
All of the main tourist attractions are in walking distance to our house or 1-2 stops by tram: the Naschmarkt, the State Opera House, the Belvedere, the Albertina and many more are very nearby!
The room is small but cozy and it has everything you might need. There is a big and super comfortable bed (160x200) and a closet where you may hang your clothes. There is also a nice seat and a drawer where I keep your guest informations and a complimentary tea and coffee selection.
You may use the kitchen if you want to cook something or make yourself some breakfast. I have every kitchen tool that you might think of. You may use the washing machine if you need to.
the check out time is 10:00, but if there are no other guests arriving on the same day you may check out later. of course you can leave your luggage at our house and get it later during the day!
We will provide you with towels and wifi!

I m born and raised in Vienna and I love my city! And so I also love to share facts and informations about the cultural heritage with my guest.
During the day we are pretty busy (with work and kids) but if you catch us in the mornings or at night we are more than welcome to tell you many things to see and do!
If you prefer to have a lot of privacy than of course we will leave you alone :-)
We have two little children (1 and 3) so it might be a little noisy at times.
Also, the Guestroom is next to the kitchen and I need to prepare bottles and breakfast in the morning starting at around 8, meaning that you will probably wake up from some noise. if you want to sleep in, please bring ear plugs.
