Very spacious Room in ground floor flat with artistic feel in Victorian property. Use of Kitchen/dining overlooking lovely secluded garden . Quiet neighbourhood .2 mins tube,buses,shops,cafes.18 mins central London
The flat has unique architectural features and a quirky feel . It is on the ground floor of a large late Victorian house which has been converted into 3 flats.
It has been my home for nearly 20 years and is very comfortable and fully equipped . All on One level , the rooms are airy with high ceilings and lots of original features .The bedroom is large, newly decorated with a double bed and if needed I can supply an extra put up bed. It has a small sofa ,storage space for you and a TV. The living room is open plan and leads to the modern kitchen/ dining room which overlooks the patio and well tended but informal garden. It has washing machine , microwave as well as fully equipped kitchen . It is a peaceful spot (once described to me as an urban oasis) to check out the birds and frogs and wind down after all the excitement of London or start your day. The bathroom is modern, bath with a shower , but is quite small.
Flat has lots of artworks and objects which I cherish and hope will be of interest to you.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
I will welcome guests at a time to suit them and they will have their own keys to come and go as they like. I am happy to advise on their time in London and as I've always lived here I have a lot of knowledge and suggestions if they require them .
I share the flat with my dog Dylan , a medium sized lurcher, who is very quiet but friendly.
The flat is all on one level apart from 1 step down to kitchen/dining and one step to the garden.
Flat is Ok for children but there are 2 small unprotected ponds in the garden.Garden not suitable for ball games etc
No Smoking inside- only in garden
Have a good stay

I am a community artist, now only working part time and I spend lots of my time on creative pursuits - painting, singing and gardening. London is such an an inspiring place for me -especially the galleries and local fab cinemas- but I also couldnt live without its open greenspaces and regular trips out of town.
