Lovely large beach house, 113sqm., situated 2. row from the beach, in Tisvildeleje, one of the most attractive beach towns 1 hour from Copenhagen, with shopping, restaurants, music and folklore. The house has access to the beach from a private stairway owned by the houseowners’ association.
The house was built in 1997. The house is fully isolated, and has four bedrooms three single and one master bedroom with double bed. Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and shower. Large open space kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Large open living room with wood burning stove, leather couches, Boxer-TV with DVD/VHS and radio with CD player. The living room, as well as the rest of the house has a high ceiling, more than four meters! There is also a small utility room with washing machine. From the living room there is direct access to a large partly covered terrace facing South and West, with Weber-grill and two seating areas, with good views to the large garden with plenty of space for outdoor activities and even a campfire at night.

There public transport nearby, app. 1,2 km to Godhavn station where the train Hillerød-Tisvildeleje depart.
Tisvildeleje has one of the best beaches with the cleanest water in all of Zealand. The nature around Tisvilde is exceptionally beautiful with heather covered hills, woods, so if you enjoy the out door, you will have plenty of things to do - all within minutes from the house.

As this is our Beach house, we do not live close by ourselves. We can assist by phone, but you have the house for your selves.
The garden is not fenced off, so you may experience deer walking past in the early morning.
We designed and built this house ourselves, and has put lots of our time in the maintenance and care for the details. We expect that our guests will love and understand to use the house in this spirit.
We encurage our guest to wash the bed linen and towels and hang on the indoor drying rack, so it's ready for the next guests.
The lofts are accessible by stepladders, but these are Private area and not part of the rental.
