The house is a 10 minute drive (or 8.5 km) away form the airport. also a 10 minute drive to the east and you're at the heart of Downtown Saskatoon and the always happening Broadway street.

I have a coded front door that I will set a guest password for you so you can come and go as you please without the need for keys. Keys are also provided.
House rules are simple.
Like any roommate situation, respect the space. keep things as it was left for you.
If you smoke, there is no smoking inside and please properly dispose of butts. Help yourself to perishable foods in the fridge and of course the coffee and condiments but please BYOB and other foodstuff.
There is one parking space in front of the house which I make available to the guest as priority, if more parking is required, it is free parking on the street as well. The master bedroom and basement is where I keep personal storage and is locked. Extra security CCTV exterior the home for safety.
